Our condo is perfectly situated on the 2nd floor directly overlooking the beach and outdoor pools. Avoid the elevators and park directly on this floor. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the unit. With over 2,600 sq ft the vacation property is very spacious and comfortable. No expense was spared turning this condo into the perfect beach vacation spot with all new furnishings from great lines like Four Hands, Furniture Classics, Universal, Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware. New mattresses, tv's, lighting, kitchen inventory, paint and drapes too!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, HDTVs 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king sized bed in the Master, a full over full and twin over twin bunk in the 2nd bedroom, a king bed in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. We also have a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 14.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very large, which was extremely helpful with smaller kids. The balcony was also very large. The unit had plenty of seating for eating and activities both inside and outside. Downfall was the AC unit. It did not keep up with the heat. It was significantly warmer in all of the bedrooms. To the point where everyone had to sleep without blankets or sheets. We had the AC set at 69 and even in the large open room with the thermostat, 72 was the coolest temperature that it ever met. There was also no larger coffee maker. The one in the unit was broken. We had to buy a new one. It could have been a little cleaner on the inside, but to be fair, I’m sure it is difficult to clean a unit that size in a day. The size of the unit made up for some of the woes. Location was in close proximity to plenty of things to do and places to eat.

The master suite was perfect for our son with two small children. We were able to set up our pack in play in the closet and still have room! The bunk room was perfect for our teenagers! The location was perfect to access the pool and the ocean. The patio priceless for lazy afternoons after the pool and ocean! Definitely bring a good supply of essentials such as detergents, toilet paper , garbage bags, coffee filters, etc. great pantry to store snacks and food. Extra ice machine in the bar area a definite plus! Plenty of silverware, cookware etc. Loved the recliners! The beds were very comfortable even had king size pillows for king size beds! The whole place was extremely clean and felt like home.

Check in was a breeze, parking was easy. Loved being able to avoid elevators during our trip. However day 1, my daughter and son in laws king mattress was soiled with urine from the previous owners, to the point where her night clothes were soaked in urine. Called the owners and had to leave a message. Sent a text received an auto reply stating after hours. Cleaners arrived the next day to change pad and sheets, but the smell of urine was still overwhelming. We had to flip the mattress and they had to sleep on the top covers because of the smell. The air conditioning has issues, thermostat showed 77 indoors, called/text again, same reply. Next day got a message at 6:30 apologizing for maintenance in the building on the chiller system. Last day of vacay the air acted up again. We slept in a 77 degree condo. Even though it says newly remodeled it looks run down, floors are filthy as are baseboards and doors. The refrigerator doesn’t cool very well either. Would not recommend staying here.

I'm sorry with how the previous guests left the condo, we have replaced the mattress and linens. The complex HVAC is run on a chiller system on the roof, it went down during your stay for a couple of hours. Back up working fine now. Please let us know if we can help with a future stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit! We had 4 families here throughout the week and had plenty of room! That patio was our favorite! It was massive with plenty of space to spread out! Being on the second floor made for easy access to the unit when we were in a hurry being able to use the stairs! The kitchen had everything you could possibly want for your stay! We will be back next year with more family!

2nd flour beats all

Having kids from 1-12 with us made the second floor condo perfect for watching them play in pool right below our balcony. And using side stairwell to avoid elevator was beneficial as well fir all those trips to get what kids forgot. Loved the condo. Plenty of room all of us to stretch out. Will definitely consider exact condo again for another getaway.

Reviewer Comments: Overall, the condo was very nice. It was clean and conveniently located on the 2nd floor. We had some plumbing problems (toilet overflowed) and management had to come up and run a very loud fan for awhile, one of the burners on the stove didn't work, we couldn't find the ice scoop, and the back bedroom bed was incredibly loud. Every time you moved on the bed it would squeak very loud. It was very spacious and clean as I said above.

Spacious condo and great location

The condo was spacious and the location on the 2nd floor was great so we didn’t need to take the elevator. We loved the large patio and having 5 bathrooms. The condo building was located in a nice spot to walk to a few places. The condo itself does need a deep cleaning. Our feet were black the entire week from the floors. The bathrooms needed extra cleaning when we got there that we did ourselves. The living room ceiling had a lot of dust on it. Many of the walls and doors were really dirty. We were also woken by a garbage truck or construction at 4am. Overall, it fit our 6 adults and 4 kids.

Great location!

We made a short detour to Gulf Shores on our way to Florida for our annual family trip. The corner unit has a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool and you can see the beach as well. The best part was being on the second floor. There were always lines to the elevator, and we just walked up a flight of stairs. The space was well furnished, and the beds were comfortable. The unit does need a deep clean. Including the doors, trim/baseboards, carpets and vents. You should definitely read the details very carefully as very little was provided. A starter supply truly means that. If you’re staying more than a day, be sure to have additional trash bags, soap, detergent, etc. Specifically, no beach towels, so be sure to bring your own. There was definitely lots for my teenage boys to do. The beach was busy, staff was very friendly, Specifically Anthony at the front desk. We would return, but it was a bit pricey for the unit and what it had to offer.
