The Lazy C house is located close to I-65 for a quick trip to downtown Nashville and is less than 3 miles to Main Street in Historic Franklin.
New primary shower with rain head and marble tile floor is ready for use as well as new beds with mattress/springs for your comfort.

My family and I absolutely loved staying at the “Lazy C”. The home was roomy, clean, comfortable and cozy, well equipped with everything we wanted/needed, and well situated just minutes from downtown Franklin. The neighborhood and surrounding area was quiet, beautiful, and very family-friendly. Our youngest who is only 8 loved playing outside in the backyard.

This was my 4th year staying in Franklin for a conference and this stay set the bar for all other stays. The hosts were responsive and so kind. There were snacks, coffee, and local recommendations for us when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable. The location is quiet and convenient.

This house is a one-story ranch home with easy access for guests. It is located close to I-65 and quick to find and unload after a long day's travel or a trip from BNA airport. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and is also close to downtown Historic Franklin. We live in the same neighborhood and believe this is a great property to share with guests.
