Massive, well-equipped game room and backyard in the heart of Fredericksburg!

Fernweh Haus is a beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that can sleep up to 8 comfortably. This home includes fully equipped chef's kitchen, large detached game room, gas fire pit, screened in porch for alfresco dining and expansive backyard. There is a brand new, very comfortable sofa sleeper in the living room.

Perfect for group getaways or family vacations. Located just a few blocks from Main Street.

A 7% City of Fredericksburg hotel tax is included in the nightly rate.

- Remodeled in October 2019, everything is brand new!
- Convenient Fredericksburg location - 7 blocks to Main Street, 10 minutes from Boot Ranch, 30 minutes to Enchanted Rock, or just tour the Texas Hill Country!
- Nearest Commercial Airport: Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, 3600 Presidential Blvd, Austin, TX 78719 (83 miles away)
- External security cameras that record video and audio are located at the front door, near the firepit and the back patio/BBQ. Additionally there is a motion detector/sound level sensor in the game room.

- No smoking
- Pet free home. Owner's are allergic.
- Guests are responsible for any costs associated with unclogging sewer due to items besides toilet paper being flushed.
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- One night stays considered upon request

This place was amazing with great kitchen, living room and entertainment area in the the detached double garage(pool table, ping pong, sitting area etc) Renovation was amazing with big square island to sit around and catch up.Great neighborhood and not very far from main street in Fredericksburg.

Fantastic home that was close to everything and offered all of the comfort/relaxation you need. Enjoying coffee in the sitting room and afternoons outside playing corn-hole was a great way to spend time between shopping, visiting wineries, and exploring all the area has to offer.

This was such a nice house! The owners were so warm and welcoming in their communication with us about our stay. The house was pretty much spotless, with everything you could need to have a good vacation. The beds were so comfortable. Lots of room in the house to spread out. Loved the screened in porch area. Beautiful cardinals and a nice soft wind chime blowing in the breeze was lovely, along with the beautiful flowers outside. Would stay here again, for sure. We even walked to town one day.

We loved the home!!!! Gameroom was a majpr plus aftwr a long day of wine tours and shopping. House was fery nice,cozy, and comfortable. Rooms were great.Backdoor handle was slightly broken and just know its very soft water from the shower.
