Perfect for small family getaway

The carriage house was perfect for an easy long-weekend getaway. It had everything we needed and was conveniently located. The included bikes were great also. Thank you!

In need of repair and pest control

We enjoyed our stay but we were surprised at the condition of the property. The window in the bathroom was rotted, there were sheetrock repairs that weren’t painted, the toilet paper holder was broken, one of the exterior door handles was broken, and we had to hang a sheet over the front door because the privacy shade was ripped in half and the residents from the main house could look directly into the property. The keys also didn't work well. At one point, the keys wouldn't unlock the doors during a rainstorm and I had to climb over the porch to get inside. We also wish we had known beforehand that the tv in the upstairs loft bedroom was not a smart tv and only had access to cable channels. A basic pest control spray would also go a long way. We had to kill two cockroaches and there were ants in the bathroom. I typically don’t leave reviews, but we paid a top market price and received a mid tier product in return.

Adorable and easy

This rental was just perfect. Absolutely no complaints. Perfect for three for a quick weekend trip, which was our reason for staying, but I can also see it working really well for longer stays for a smaller family. Great location, too… super easy to walk to everything, beach included.

Extended weekend trip

Everything was beautiful and as expected. Location to the beach was awesome! As well as the pool and little town square. However, my only reservation about booking this cottage again was the shower. For such a beautiful place the cleanliness or lack thereof, the shower was appalling! Black fuzzy mildew and mold covered the shower walls and floors. I believe with a good deep clean it would attract more customers. Even with shower shoes it felt so gross. Please clean before next guests arrive.

Nice location

It was nice being next to indoor pool especially on a few rainy afternoons. However maintenance needs to occur on gate/door handles and some updating. Rosemary Beach is the best.

The property was virtually next door to the excellent indoor pool and steps to the tennis courts and 30A. The property is as pictured however the property needs updating and better attention to repairs that need to be made. Would definitely return to Rosemary Beach - beautiful and fun place to be!

Good house, loved the location

We loved this little carriage house. It worked out well for our family of 4. The bathroom was tiny for all of us but we made it work. We loved being right next to the pool.
