Come stay in our beautiful condo right on the beach in Kihei, next to the Ko'ie'ie Royal Fishpond, one of three ancient Hawaiian fish ponds in the area! It's the perfect place for your next amazing holiday, enjoying Maui and all that the island has to offer. Yes, the beach is right there waiting for you to relax, swim, snorkel or stroll. And, while snorkeling, you will most likely swim along a turtle or two as they glide through the bay. If the swimming pool is more your style, then there's the most sparkling pool we have ever seen. (Really...we have never seen a pool where the water is so perfect, not too chlorinated or salty, and absolutely crystal clear!)
Start your day by sipping your Maui coffee or eating fresh pineapple while enjoying the ocean view from the lanai, or by taking a stroll down the sandy beach. If you want to venture out and explore the island, our amazing property management team can help you plan a variety of activities:

Wonderful location - beautiful beaches with sunsets each night!

We had a great stay in Kihei. Each day started with a walk on the beach and ended with an amazing sunset out in the Lanai. The unit was well stocked and we took advantage of the four beach chairs that were included.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was nicely updated, clean, very well stocked kitchen, linens, and all the beach items we needed. Location is great and central to everything we did. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo on the beach in Kihei!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in this beautiful updated condo. Walks along the beach in the morning were special especially seeing the turtles. Loved breakfast on the lanai as well as dinner as we watched the sunset.

This place is amazing. We saw sea turtles just down the beach, whales breaching from the balcony. Super family friendly. The families that own their are very kind and friendly to guests that our renting like ourselves. Pool was great. Can't say enough about the location!

Great first trip to maui

Loved the condo and so nice to all the amenities (air, laundry and cooking utensils). We also enjoyed sitting on balcony and enjoyed listening to the birds and looking at all the beautiful views of ocean and the landscape. If we make it back to Maui we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a memorable vacation.

This place is just as pictured , very clean, beach right at the balcony with amazing views , very serene. The place comes with anything and everything you may need , from kitchen utensils , to beach chairs , umbrellas , blankets in case you go to the summit at Haleakala. So grateful we chose this place , the balcony sunsets took our breath away. Highly recommend this place !

Beautiful apartment on the beach front

The apartment was stunning from the moment we walked in and managed to have the feel of a real home. We had everything we needed, including washer/dryer, dishwasher, cutlery, glasses, binoculars and games. My favourite part of the property was the lanai, looking out to sea watching for humpbacked whales.

The condo is newly remodeled and very well thought out. You have everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It’s well equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrella and supplies. The in room washer/dryer was so convenient. The view is perfect. The pool is comfortable. We will be back..

Beautiful Condo

We came for our anniversary and had a wonderful time. The building this condo was located in was clean and quiet. The location was great, about 20 minutes from the airport and close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed sitting on our lanai and watching the sunset. The beach was beautiful and never crowded. The condo was fully stocked with everything you needed to enjoy your stay. We hope to return here one day and stay in the same unit.

Amazing condo!!!

My family and I stayed in this amazing condo on our recent vacation to Maui and it was perfect. The condo is fully stocked with everything you would need on vacation. We really appreciated the beach chairs, towels and umbrellas for our days exploring all the wonderful beaches. The bed and pull out sofa were both comfortable and the air conditioning kept the place nice and cool. The building is very quiet and our kids loved the pool. The best part of the condo is definitely the lanai and view. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend staying here!

From the start the communication was great! I had questions and they were answered quickly. We have had some experiences with other VRBO stays where the amenities were overstated, but this unit exceeded our expectations! When we walked in my husband said, "wow, this is way better than I expected!" I agree. The place is clean, the view is fantastic! It is one of the closest buildings to the beach. The unit had chairs, hats, coolers, beach towels and so much more that made our trip so much better. I highly recommend staying here!

Amazing view, great location

We had a wonderful stay at this unit. We especially enjoyed waking up to the amazing ocean view and watching the beautiful Maui sunset from the Lanai. Condo unit had everything that we needed. There was a nice binder inside with recommendations for activities and restaurants. We found the beach right behind the building to be a bit rocky and quite windy. We opted to drive to Wailea beach (15 min drive away) on many of the days as it was much less windy and the sand was perfect for making sand castles. This building was close to a number of good restaurants in Kihei. We really enjoyed the breakfast bowls at Wow Wow Lemonade and loved the sushi from Miso Phat Sushi. We would recommend this unit to others wanting to stay in the Kihei area.

The third time

This was the third time we stayed at this property and the second time in this unit. Just as it was 2 years ago, it was a great stay. The unit is well appointed with everything needed for a wonderful vacation. Plenty of closet space. Games for families and beach chairs and toys for use in the sand. The whale watching from the balcony and sunsets - spectacular! My only suggestions: an extra rug in the bathroom and please clean the vent above the counter. We did have one minor maintenance issue, and Linda was quick to respond and appreciated the fact we figured out what was wrong. (She’s so friendly.) If you’re thinking of renting this unit - just do it. You won’t regret it.

Excellent and relaxing stay

Wonderful stay in Maui! It was our first time on the island and we couldn’t have selected a better accommodation. The condo was freshly remodeled and the bed and furniture were very comfortable. While the island was experiencing record crowds with tourists, you would have never known at the condo. The beachfront view was wonderful and the complex was quiet and other guests were respectful and followed the condo quiet time hours. The beach in front of the condo was never crowded and we saw sea turtles from time to time. I would recommend to bring water shoes as the beach was a bit rocky. The kitchen had everything we needed and a well stocked spice cabinet. There was even a nice blender we used to make pina coladas! The cherry on top was there were beach chairs and umbrellas in the closet to use. It really made for a wonderful stay! The only recommendation I have for the owners is to change the laundry detergent used. The laundry detergent and dryer sheets used was extremely strong and left a film on my skin after using the towels/sheets and my skin got red and itchy. Thank goodness there was a washer/dryer so I rewashed everything in a non scented detergent. I would totally stay again, but would ask for the owners to consider using a more friendly non scented laundry detergent.

Great Experience

My husband and I spent five days at the property in late October. It was our first visit to Hawaii. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We were particularly impressed with all of the items that were available to make our stay better: beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, towels, etc. The condo had everything we needed. In addition to the regular items like pots and pans, dishes and silverware, we had access to cooking oil, every type of cooking utensil, blender, spices and more. The location of the condo was perfect. We rented a car and drove all over the island. Kihea was a great place to stay as restaurants, grocery stores and food trucks were nearby. While we didn't swim in the nearby beach, we enjoyed walks and beautiful sunsets there. We spent a good deal of time on the lanai. Because the kitchen was so well appointed, we picked up food from trucks and grocery stores and enjoyed many meals on the lanai. We also had our own "happy hour" on the lanai with wine, beer and snacks we picked up at the nearby grocery stores. The grounds of the condo were also very kept up. We saw the pool, but didn't use it during our stay. We swam every day at different beaches instead. We apparently visited Maui at a good time. We never had any trouble finding a parking space -- either at the property or anywhere else for that matter. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a great experience in a quieter part of Kihea.

This is a difficult review to write. The VRBO was what we were expecting. The challenge came on our second day (Friday March 13th). We were aware of a coming storm and were encouraged by some permanent residents to have supplies and flashlights in case the power went out. That night the storm hit. We got a flash flood warning on our phones. There was about 18 inches of water running through the parking lot and more running down the street. The power went out shortly afterwards and was out for 48 hours. After 24 hours the storm subsided and we could see that there was approximately 6-8 inches of mud in the parking lot and 20 inches of mud in the street in front of the apartment building on S Kihei Rd. We were stuck. We were unable to leave the apartment until Monday evening after several pieces of equipment were called in to clear the mud out of the parking lot and the street. The reason for this low review is the following. We know storms are unpredictable. However, as we talked with the permanent residents we were told that flooding with mud happens with severe storms and it "takes a day or two to get out", and is a common occurrence. This was not made known to us before hand. We missed two days of a 5 day medical conference. Our rental car was flooded and needed to be exchanged. Other guests said they were warned of the coming storm and were given the option to cancel. We were able to cancel the rest of our stay and move to another location for the remainder of our time.
