Home is located at the end of a quiet lane on the Montecito Riviera, 10 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara, or the upper and lower "village". The property is quiet uncommon in that there is an expansive front lawn and ocean views along with a cozy big back yard with mountain views. The interior is spacious with lots of light.
