Come spend your holidays in the sun in a pleasant F2 in a very quiet building; 1 room with 1 bed 140 and 1 alcove for 1 child; living room with sofa, TV and dining area; a closed veranda with corner meal, corner cooks with plate induction- furnace and micro waves, room of water with shower, toilet separated, washing machine. 4th and last floor with elevator, garage in the basement. 45 minutes walk from the beaches by a pleasant path along the Siagne (the river) or 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes from Cannes, many hiking and biking nearby. . The apartment is located in the pleasant district of Capitou with a village spirit and all shops nearby (pharmacy, bakery, supermarket ...).
