Newly! Renovated Cozy Coastal Townhome on St Simons Island - Enjoy "Island Time"
Our coastal island townhome has all the comforts of home with a beach feel. Enjoy our new Serta mattresses, full size kitchen, washer and dryer, and an extra private outdoor shower. Conveniently located on St. Simon's Island, this spacious townhome, has everything you need for your island stay. You're only a bike ride to everything (beaches, village, pier, restaurants) and tons of island shopping. Easy access on and off the island. This is a NON-SMOKING two story unit. The two bedrooms and full bathroom are upstairs. There is a private outdoor shower off the kitchen. This is our 2nd home and we want to share with others all the joys of the island that we love.

Why they chose this property
We love Saint Simons Island and will retire on "Island Time" some day. This is our home away from home, our cozy happy place, a little piece of comfort. Our dream came true in 2019 with a complete renovation and a lot of sweat equity!
The design vision is a vintage cottage beach house with a modern touch. The shiplap pulls you through the townhome by use of walls and ceilings. The shiplap line direction was purposely laid out to draw you into a room.
The walls are covington grey. The gray and white have that vintage beach cottage feel. The color is peaceful and quiet to accent a peaceful book read or a good match to a restful nap.
The beds were a difficult choice. Some people like soft and some people like support. Our aim is soft with support. The master bed has a Serta memory foam mattress with an extra 2 inches of memory foam adder. This allows you to "sink" a little, but yet the bed keeps you supported.
The location is ideal, unless you are actually on the beach. Getting to the pier area is quick and you are as close to Brunswick, Jekyll, and FLETC as the St Simons Island allows. East beach can be accessed by either heading to the pier or down Demere road. Also, there is a direct quick route to the north side of the Island and the golf courses. This cozy townhome is the very center of the Golden Isles!
