My husband and I were in town for a surgery. This place was close to the hospital and was a great space to recover. Listing was very accurate and check in/out process was a breeze.
We had a very quick fast pace trip. The apartment was lovely and perfect for what we needed. It is situated not far from any attractions. 4 star stay for us!
The house had a charming country/Maine feel—definitely a 10/10! It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and very well maintained. The dedicated parking space was a huge bonus since the street was tight. It was also super convenient to SCAD, and the host provided detailed, helpful information that made our stay even smoother. We would absolutely stay here again.
My stay was amazing….. the pictures do no Justice for the House….. the host response time was very quick and the steps he gave were very direct… I would highly recommend this house…
This listing was a beautiful 3 bedroom with a quiet, relaxing back patio and 2 dens within walking distance of a lot of the sights of Atlanta. While it was the lower level of the owner’s home, they did not bother us and hopefully we did not bother them either.
The apartment was so much bigger than expected! Everything was super clean. The owners were so quick to respond to questions. Loved the designated off the street parking. The only negative is the bathroom door is a barn door and doesn’t lock. Thanks for a great stay! Highly recommend!
This is a very clean and very quiet property. The neighborhood is very cute. It is super spacious. I liked the charm of the exposed brick and some sloping floors. We talked to the owner briefly and she was very kind! There is a small grocery store within walking distance with basic staples. One note - this is in a basement of an older house, so plan accordingly with allergy medicine if you are sensitive to that.
I really enjoyed my stay. I have stayed at some VRBO properties where I had to fashion a colander out of tin foil. I appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked with anything I might need during my stay - even food storage.
The bed was comfortable though I could have used another blanket or two (I didn't ask so I can't fault that).
The location was about 10 minutes by car from downtown, 5 minutes from Highlands and an enjoyable half mile walk to Piedmont Park. I'd stay here again!
This is a very spacious property with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We selected this property because it is near our son and his family and was available for our dates. Much larger than we needed but we enjoyed the space. One bedroom has a nice size desk where my husband was able to work. We stayed 4 nights. Able to walk to restaurants. Nice extras like toiletries and automatic outside lights when you come in after dark. The 1 bathroom is large for this era home and has a double sink. Highly recommend.
Exactly as advertised! Really adorable neighborhood and so close to everything. Prking was a breeze so we mostly drove to where we were going. We had a great experience. Just the perfect homebase for the city experience we had planned! There were plenty of the things we needed (extra blankets, linens, kitchen items). There were 5 of us and we fit in justfine. Lots of upgraded finishes, books my kinds enjoyed browsing, and pretty paintings. We hit all the recommended attractions but added Jimmy Carter library (and it was really amazing so don't skip it!)Super easy check-in and owner was extremely responsive when we had a question. Great value too. Would definitely stay again. fine
This is a charming location on a quiet residential street. Very close to a fun food hall, a pleasant walk to Piedmont Park. The unit is spacious, homey, and well-maintained, with a well-equipped kitchen (just a few pantry staples in cupboard). You may hear occasional footsteps or voices from upstairs residents. On our visit, there were no paper towels in the kitchen and the laundry soap was empty. The improvements we would recommend would be a bug screen on the front door to help keep out the mosquitoes, and box fans to cool off the two bedrooms that don’t have ceiling fans—in hot weather, we found them a bit warm even with AC. There was a slight smell of damp on the living room couch and in the walk-in closet (not overwhelming, but enough to notice if you’re sensitive).
The place is exactly as charming as it looks in photos. The hosts have extra linens and pillows in obvious places and even thought to keep aerosol bug spray right in sight as you walk through the front door (the egregious amount of mosquitos in Atlanta is not a negative on the hosts). Members of our group are on season bodybuilders so we spent a lot of time in the kitchen and are happy to report everything you need is in there. The only thing we would have changed is the ac. It was incredibly hot and muggy in Atlanta (as it always is in July) and the AC was clearly on the struggle bus with us- we didn’t think to message or ask the hosts about it because the fans left around the home lead us to believe they were aware. Turns out they are and are in fact having the AC fixed so they are great hosts and we would stay again!
Location was premium! Comfortable for everyone. Be careful on the wooden walkway, very slippery when wet. I was a little surprised that a listing that accommodates eight charged extra for eight. We had a great stay.
Stayed here for a good friends wedding shower in ATL and loved every bit of it. Hosts are very easy to work with, the home was everything we needed - more than enough comforts and amenities provided!
