OMAHA BEACH -LES HORTENSIAS - SEA VIEW (Waterfront)

Come and enjoy the superb and panoramic view of the famous Omaha Beach in my pleasant and healthy house, feet in the water.
You can enjoy my 90m² house, including:
- Electric heating
- Wireless
- 2 lounges (one facing the sea) and another with TV + DVD player)
- 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed (view of the cliff), one double and one single (sea view). A travel cot is available and can be folded out in one of the two large bedrooms.
- A dining room also facing the sea.
- A vitro-ceramic kitchen, oven, microwave, dishwasher; the dishes are provided for 14 place settings, as well as baby dishes, washing machine (in the basement),
- A bathroom and a WC on the first floor and a WC on the ground floor.
- An enclosed garden of 2000m².
- A table tennis room (annex)
A large garden table is at your disposal, you can enjoy the view during your meals, after having visited the famous tourist sites of the landing of June 6, 1944.
Beach toys and a swing set with 2 swings and board games are provided for children and adults.

Poignant & Beautiful Location

My favorite stay during our trip to Paris. The home was perfect and it's location on Omaha Beach was instrumental in getting in touch with the events of D-Day. The view of the beach was awesome and the home was well equipped with everything we needed. Our host Arnaud was exceptional, great communication and genuine concern that our stay would be comfortable. I highly recommend this host and his home.

Beautiful Home in an Amazing Setting

If I could give my experience here more than 5 stars, I would. Where to begin? 1) The home and property. This is a BEAUTIFUL home in every way. The blue/white palette walls, furniture, and seashore decorating is comfortable, welcoming, bright, and impeccably tasteful. Every amenity is in perfect condition and completely up-to-date. There is even a washer AND dryer available, which is unusual. The property location could not be better. Located right across the street from Omaha Beach, the vistas of the beach, sky, and waves are visible from every window in the home. 2) The setting on Omaha Beach. Whether you are visiting Vierville-sur-Mer for a fun beach vacation or for the more solemn study of the WWII Landing Sites, surrounding towns, and the American Cemetery, this property’s location is ideal. For those interested in the WWII aspect (which was our focus), the house is located in the exact E-W center of Omaha, with the sculpture “The Braves” only about a 10 min walk down the beach. Studying WWII can be tiring, and we were glad each day to return to this peaceful, quiet, welcoming home. 3) Our host Arnaud could not have been better. He was immediately responsive to questions that we had, suggested great restaurants, gave us information about where the beat market, patisserie, and boulongerie were located. We absolutely loved our week-long stay in Vierville-sur-Mer. Thank you! A++++++++ As anyone reading this can see, my husband and I absolutely loved our week in
