This beautifully remodeled home is located on the Upper West Side of Santa Barbara, also known to the locals as "The Mesa". Walking distance to Shoreline Park, a 15 acre park, where biking, walking, BBQ, and kite-flying are just a few of the activities you and your family can enjoy. This property also offers a lovely, open, fully-equipped kitchen, as well as a dining area. Have a BBQ picnic in the nice open backyard or lounge in the sun with a good book on the lovely patio.

Perfect cottage for a couple!

My husband and I stayed at coastal pearl for a month! We thoroughly enjoyed the well appointed home with a lovely outdoor seating area and fully stocked kitchen. The location was perfect. We look forward to returning. The management was extremely helpful.
