10/10 Best family vacation ever. Literally right on the beach with just a few steps to the sand. Glorious views from the balconies. Spacious rooms and all of the necessities of the trip included-fridge with a large icemaker a bonus. Highest recommendation!

The location was amazing! The condo is well maintained and cleaned. Sleeping areas were all comfortable and cozy. Very spacious for 8 of us to spread out while still offering large areas for time together. Kitchen well stocked with all tools needed if choosing to eat in. The three bathrooms made it very convenient to clean up after a day at the beach or before heading out to check out the numerous restaraunts and attractions near by, most within walking distance. The private beach area was perfect and not over crowded, beautiful white sands and just the right amount of waves for everyone to enjoy. Bonus: many of the days we were able to watch multiple groups of dolphins playing right near the shore. The pool and hot tub were also nice, clean, and both the perfect temperature.

From the photos it appeared as if everything was pristine. For the price we paid if had it been in that condition, we would be fine with the price. After arriving we were informed that there were extra perks that we paid for while we were there that would have been included had we paid a little more if we had booked through the realty company. The sofa was covered with blanket-like sofa covers because of the tears in the sofa. The coffee table was warped with bubbles. The kitchen and stairway needed painting as it was badly chipped. The curtains had small holes in them. We got over all of this because of our family time and view, but to have to sweep all the floors before we left- I mean what were the maids for? A suggestion would be to have the option of calling the office a day ahead to book your umbrella and chairs so when you arrive our chairs and umbrella would be waiting for you on the beach.

Hi Thank you for your four star review. I am glad you enjoyed the serenity of the uncrowed beach , gulfront pool and spent quality time with your family. Im a bit confused about the perks.We dont manage this unit with any realty company and if you paid more money for perks it would be for a 2/2bath as this is the only 3/3 bath in the complex sleeping12 I am also not sure about chipping paint on the walls in kitchen and hall.Kitchen is all cabinets and appliances,it doesnt have any walls .Hall is fine No chips on walls I am sorry about the tear in sofa arm That was done by a previous renter before you arrived,it is fixed now. I dont recall any other tears on the sofas. The white coverings are there to save the sofas from multi stains during the season,they can be washed and dried easily Beach Service is available to you every morning... You could have asked for the beach service phone number to make non waiting arrangements beforehand but honestly I dont know if they set up beach service to be waiting for you. I do ask for the unit to be broom swept clean before you leave, it would be very hard for the cleaners to clean if there was sand all over ,bottles, crumbs and numerous amounts of trash on the floors and if I am not mistaken broom swept clean is very standard in most beach checkout instructions Thanks and Happy Travels to you! .

Great location, right on the beach, quiet, spectacular views. The negative for us would be that the condo is very outdated, tired, worn and in dire need of upgrades throughout the condo.

Hi Barbara , Thank you for your review Im glad you loved the location,spectacular views and the very private uncrowded beach. I think many travelers love the location, very small complex, the amount of private beach space there actually is on the shoreline and the great sleeping capacity. There have been many upgrades made in the last two years.. Dining furniture, stainless appliances ,washer /dryer, new outdoor furniture, new bedroom pieces,mattress and more.The condo itself is very clean and very comfortable The pictures depict the unit exactly the way it is. Im glad you really liked the cleanliness of the condo as you stated when you walk walked in... You mentioned oudated,but again the pictures depict the unit exactly. I know you were a little upset that an 11AM checkin was impossible as another traveler left at 9:30 that morning and you also wanted a very late checkout which again isnt reasonable when there is a turn the same day. Your arrival date was Saturday the 22nd not March21st.I think you got confused because you told me you stayed at a hotel the night before. Thanks for coming and enjoying our beautiful beaches and,we wish you happy beach travels in the future!

Great Destin Location

This was a great vacation and a great place to stay with 11 people. The place was clean and well furnished. It had a washer and dryer that was used alot. We had plenty of parking, we had to park three vehicles. Anne answered all our questions promptly. If you need a three bedroom condo in Destin, this one should be at the top of your list to rent!

By the sea

The property is not brand new but it is well-kept and functional and that is just fine with me friendly staff friendly Contacts clean very thought out floor plan right bye the ocean on the beach close to the shops dining not fat from fishing, spa , beds were very comfortable, we will be returning.

The location was excellent. Beach and pool were great. The condo could have been cleaner...especially floors and bathrooms. Decorating is awful. Cluttered dust collecting stuff everywhere, even on closet floor. Clean it out. Then it would be much more appealing.

I did have the cleaners go in and do extra cleaning to dust the decorating apparel And give the floors an extra clean. Sorry about the beachy decorating I think it is a personal choice some people love it. All in all I hope you had a good time and you will return to Destin again..

Perfect family vacation

The floor plan of this unit and the location of the complex made for a perfect family vacation. We spent each day on the beach, then the kids wanted to stop for a little pool time before returning to the room.

Deep cleaning is a must

The location is great close to amusement attractions, the place's is big enough for a family of 10 . Beautiful views from the balconies every morning.but when we arrived the floors were dirty and some of the blankets and pillows had blood spots. and the ice/water dispenser was dirty we had to buy ice bags .
