Immaculate -- fresh paint and carpet, 65 inch 4KTV and super-comfy reclining leather sofa. Inviting full kitchen. Enjoy your coffee or tea on the private balcony with awe-inspiring views of the sunrise. You will fall in love with the natural beauty of this unique ecosystem as you walk gorgeous beaches and woodland nature trails.

This unit is located at the southern end of the newly renovated Sandcastles II building with convenient access to both stairs and elevator. You will have perfect privacy and quiet here as what is just above your ceiling is the building's terra cotta tile roof. Six different golf courses on the island make for a golfer's paradise, but with enough woods, water, and wildlife to satisfy any nature lover as well. Or take a relaxing dip in the pool and sun on the spacious deck beach-side.

There is an upscale grocery store just a few minutes away with whatever you may need.

Enjoy nearby resort restaurants or make a quick trip up the lovely canopy road to sample historic Fernandina's fine dining or casual fare. Shop while you're there at unique shops and boutiques, not to mention a world-class ice cream parlor.

The condo was in a great location with a beautiful view of the ocean. It was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We vacation at Amelia Island frequently. We will definitly book this condo again.

Great condo and location

This is our second time staying here. The condo is decorated very nice. The view of the beach is great. They have beach chairs and towels and everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Great condo in perfect location

Our second time to stay here. Lots of extra touches that made our trip extra special, especially when the weather is super cold. You won't find nicer amenities, greater location, or nicer owners to work with.

Quiet, Relaxing, and a great getaway...

Beautiful property, beautiful view, great ocean breezes... and we were lucky enough to get the best weather possible and the best breakfast buffets at the Omni... Although we've visited Ponte Vedra and Jax Beach often, we'd never been to Amelia Island before... quiet, relaxing, and a great getaway. Perfect for two seniors!

Wonderful condo to enjoy beach and live oaks!

This was our second stay in this unit. We had stayed in it two years ago and were careful to book early to get this unit for for this year's stay. It is ideally located, not right within the town but close enough to be convenient for dining, necessary purchases, etc. We highly recommend it.

Wonderful views and great host!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The space was clean and had plenty of attention to detail, including homemade chocolate chip cookies as we came in. I wish I had known that the Omni Resort pools and fitness center are not open to guests of this property, but there is a small pool attached to the property. The view of the ocean can't be beat, and the sound of the waves as we went to sleep was amazing. We would stay here again!

Wonderful 4 day stay at this condo. Very clean, Oceanview with unobstructed view. The hosts were great and thought of everything you need. Even binoculars! Definitely recommend and plan another future stay here.

WE LOVED IT!

Best place to spend some time relaxing and enjoying quality time together! We had an amazing stay, and the condo was perfect. We got to see a mama turtle and lots of turtle egg sanctuaries on the beach, and dolphins playing in the water right outside our window! So much fun!

THE PERFECT PLACE!!!!!!!

This is the second stay here for us. We just love the location, easy access to the condo and parking, and so very close walking to the ocean. Always great communication with the owners and plan to stay there any time we can get away. So much fun and so much to do there within walking distance. ALWAYS FRESH CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES ON THE COUNTER TO GREET YOU.

Beautiful and Relaxing

We absolutely LOVED this condo. The location right on the beach was perfect! We were able to walk the beach easily and listen to the waves crash to the shore. The hosts were amazing. They had great communication and we never had to wait for a response. We definitely recommend and already want to go back.

Another Wonderful Weekend

This property is immaculate, easy in and out, and a great place to stay for a long weekend. We have stayed there the last 2 4th of July weekends and booked our 3rd before leaving. The fireworks from the Omni are put on directly in front of our balcony. Just a great place to stay. Only wish, and not a big one, is a reserved parking space :)

Perfect Location. Perfect View.

I was in town for a book signing and a friend flew in to celebrate that with me. This was the perfect place for us. It had plenty of room, a gorgeous view, everything was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. This is one of those places that you can have an amazing vacation just by staying in your room and walking down to the beach. The sunrises are incredible! Karen had freshly baked cookies waiting for us when we checked in! Absolutely perfect stay!

Wonderful place

This was our first time using VRBO and it couldn’t have been any better. The condo is immaculate and the complex is beautiful, we’ll maintained and quiet. Sunrise with the ocean in view is great! The owners had freshly baked cookies waiting on us and were very attentive to our needs. Would use them again without question and give them the highest recommendation!!

Wonderful condo on the beach

Extremely clean with very thoughtful and unexpected extras. The cookies were a lifesaver when our 7 hour drive turned into 11 due to unexpected freeway shutdown. Great location: just go downstairs, out the door and the beach is down a short deck. Close to grocery store, golf, downtown Fernandina Beach for dinner.

The owners are so detail oriented. The unit was incredibly clean. We were greeted with a wonderful welcome note, fresh flowers, cookies, and peppermints! The beds were very comfortable. Living room was cozy. Views were stunning. Close walk to the pool and beach! Can’t wait to return someday!

Happy Place

A perfect ocean getaway with all the comforts of home and the best "Super Host" that have goodies waiting for you to make you feel at home. This lovely villa is right on the ocean, so you will wake up to the most beautiful sunrise. No one is above you and it is a very quiet end unit on the top floor. We look forward to our third visit!!!

Great Unit

We loved this place! It's located right on Amelia Island Plantation. As we were in town for our daughter's wedding it was great to have everything so close. The unit was very nicely appointed. Lots of coffee options. Fresh cookies waiting for us! Little touches like that made us feel at home. We can't wait to come back here. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts.

Why they chose this property

We absolutely love this part of the world. We both love nature and there is an almost unlimited variety of beautiful sights and wildlife to explore. The Jacksonville Zoo is a 35 minute drive and offers offers thrilling world class exhibits. There is a wildlife observation platform 10 minutes away along A1A where wild birds congregate -- a perfect spot for photography. There is a very active community of conservation volunteers in the neighborhood, as this beach is a nesting ground for sea turtles. Most of all though, we find this environment to be very relaxing --the perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of the big city.

What makes this property unique

This unit is very private. It is at the southern end of the building and sits atop of the structure. Yet, it is located close to the elevator and stairs. The view is outstanding from either the living room's bay window or your private balcony. You can see all the way to the southern end of the island.
