A great family house right on the low-tide line of Short Sands Beach in York, ME. Just steps away from the sand.

The space
There are three bedrooms: two with queen beds and one with a trundle bed. There is a full kitchen, dining room, living room and wrap around farmer's porch. The keys are in the lockbox next to the door. I will send a code before check-in.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house. The driveway is behind the house on Broadway between the two yellow houses and directly after Airport Drive.
There is a small lawn sign noting the address.
Other things to note
Be ready to be a beach bum.

Perfect Location for the Beach

You can watch the ocean from the porch and access to the beach is a two minute walk away. Property had everything we needed for a wonderful week at the beach with two children (3 and 7). Owner was great with communication and check in was a breeze. AC kept the house cool on hot days and the internet was easy to set up and fast. Great location, great property, would recommend.

Wonderful Location

This was the perfect cottage for us at the beach. We were here a great deal of the summer and enjoyed it so much! The cottage has everything you would ever need! Porch with ocean view, full kitchen, washer/dryer, 3 bedrooms, and 2 tv's. What more could you ask for? It was great! Tim, the owner was very helpful. We had a problem with the internet on Sunday and he took care of it immediately! Thanks Tim for being so accommodating!

This house has been in my family for several generations and I grew up spending summers at this house and Short Sands Beach. It's the perfect spot for a family looking to spend time at the beach. Steps from the sand, you can be on the beach or back at the house in minutes so it makes having kids there easy.
