Thank you for your kind review! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and found the property to be a great getaway for two. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back for another relaxing stay in the future. Safe travels!

Thank you for your review, Ross. We are glad to hear that the property met your expectations and was as advertised. We sincerely apologize for the plumbing issue that impacted your stay. We understand how inconvenient it was to be without use of the home's only restroom, and we regret that the issue could not be fully resolved during your visit. As part of our efforts to address the situation, we provided a refund for the affected night. While we recognize that this did not resolve the inconvenience you experienced, we hope it demonstrated our commitment to making things right whenever issues arise. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to host you.

Hi Deborah! Thank you for the kind words about our clean and cozy space! We also appreciate the helpful feedback on parking and trash disposal. We’ll work on making those instructions clearer—your stay should come with beach memories, not a parking puzzle. 😄 We truly appreciate you helping us improve! Best regards, Benchmark Management

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! We are so glad to hear you found the home clean and loved the convenient location, especially the easy access to the beach and adult pool. We are also happy you enjoyed the pool and appreciated having access passes for the beach, pools, and fitness center included with your rental. We appreciate your feedback regarding the additional house key and understand how having two keys could be more convenient, especially when guests have different schedules. We will share that suggestion with our team for consideration. We also understand that beach chairs, an umbrella, and bikes would have been convenient to have included. These amenities are not provided with every rental, but there are local vendors available for guests who would like to rent them during their stay. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We hope to welcome you and your husband back for another great vacation! Warm Regards, Benchmark Management
