Our beautiful beachfront contemporary condo is on the 7th floor with breathtaking views of miles of pristine white sandy beaches and emerald green water. This condo offers free beach chairs (2 chairs, 1 umbrella), each day of your stay, from March 15th to October 31st.

We offer 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, including two king beachfront master bedrooms that open to the balcony plus an additional 3rd king bedroom. We also have a brand new (2019) sleeper sofa for 2 additional guests. All bedrooms are equipped with high definition flat screen TVs. You will find your own private bath with beautiful upgraded granite counter tops for your ultimate luxury experience off of each master bedroom.

Our luxury condominium has a fully equipped kitchen with upgraded granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar area.

Spend quality family time in the spacious living room that was designed with luxury and comfort in mind. Relax and watch the large 42' High Definition flat screen TV. Free Wi-Fi Access is also provided.

FULL SIZE front load washer and dryer are in the unit.

Last but not least, you will find the best balcony on the beach! A spacious gulf front balcony (10'x 42') 420 sq ft for you to experience the most incredible sunsets and beautiful views of the Emerald Coast.

Tropic Winds Resort is a 164 unit, 23 floor property with four floors of private parking located on the highly sought, west beaches of Panama City Beach, near the prime intersection of Highway 79 and Front Beach Road. Only 12 miles to the New International Airport and 2 miles to Pier Park and Frank Brown Park. Tropic Winds has 330 feet of beach front property for you to enjoy the pristine sugar-white sand, emerald waters and warm gulf air.

Some of the wonderful amenities you will find for your enjoyment are free beach service, indoor/ outdoor swimming pool, steam room, hot tub, sauna and fitness center. A spacious patio awaits you to come relax and enjoy the sun. One reserved parking space in the parking deck is included, with additional parking available across the street. You will find this condominium offers many wonderful features to fit all your vacation needs.

A reserved parking space, located under the building and close to the elevators, is included. Each vehicle requires a parking pass. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $40.

The kitchen and great room were open, and the balcony was exceptionally large to overview the white sands and hear the crashing waves. We played frisbee in the golf of America and we were able to grill our freshly caught fish from our offshore fishing trip. A memorable experience and we hope to make it back again soon.

Family trip over 4th of July Holiday

Room 703 had everything you could need for a family. Box fans in each room for noise was an amazing surprise. Pool floats, beach chairs and toys. Beds were nice, rooms were big. Balcony was huge! Everything was exactly as described on the listing. Close to shopping and restaurants. We ran into no surprises or problems and the entire family enjoyed the stay.

Great place with great view

We just returned from Panama City Beach and rented this condo. It is everything that the overview shows and more. Located on the less busier end of Front Beach St., but still just a short drive drive to Pier Park Mall. The only negative we saw was its not small kid friendly. There is no deadbolt or chain lock on the outside door and our 2 year old and 5 year old granddaughters opened the door several times. The condo itself is beautiful and ver accommodating. Would rent it again when my granddaughters are older.

Ever morning I would go to get a beach chair and they would tell us that place was taken. Almost every day no one would show up to set there. Very disappointed with that part. With 8 people 2 being under 9 that was a problem. Overall we had a great time.

Low watt bulbs and could barely read or do puzzles at night. Very disappointed in the management company for not working with us to support a partial refund during a pandemic regardless of the “policies”. I was told “They could check with with the owner of the property about a partial refund but, they could have rented it out to someone else”. Never heard back, all they were concerned with is us following the rules and getting out by 10:00 am! Even the bigger rental companies went against their policies and issued refunds. There are banks that are delaying payments and govt. giving people money and GBR was worried about their commissions. Had some man screaming at the door and let himself in to show the property and said, “oh, I thought you checked out!” Daughter with 2 auto immune diseases and zero compassion, we ended up going by ourselves just not to loose money.
