These unique luxury guest quarters were renovated with a "touch of modern" to compliment the old-world feel of the historic lofts in the local landmark of the S&W Building. The Southern Gems modern renovation features upscale finishes, exposed bring, exposed ductwork, hardwood floors, tile & granite, along with upscale appliances & furniture. There is also an elevator for full access to all.

Pets: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet we can recommend some alternatives nearby.
PARKING OPTIONS: The Health and Human Services parking garage located on the block behind the building, and there are several Municipal Parking Garages (Rankin, Civic Center, Aloft Hotel, Wall Street) located within a 1 - 3 block walk of the S&W building, at guest's expense. The first hour of parking is free, $1.25 per hour thereafter, daily maximum parking $12. On street metered parking is FREE Saturday 6 PM-Monday 8 AM, and all city holidays.
Please inquire for details regarding payment, the cancellation policy, military discount, and trip insurance.
Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays.
Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
