From the moment you enter this updated, beach front, condo you will be compelled to come back year after year due to its gulf front sunset exposure, open floor plan, extended patio overlooking the pool and Gulf of Mexico, amazing amenities, and proximity to restaurants, activities, and much more. In terms of convenience, ensuite bathrooms accompany each bedroom so that guests can relax with piece of mind knowing that their co-occupants have their own attached bathrooms, sharing no space with one another.



Featuring a large dining room table, up to four guests can enjoy meals together and bond in safe and secluded serenity within the residence. If feeling adventurous, gas grills are offered within the community, in addition to shuffleboard.

Leonardo Arms is a development centrally located on Fort Myers Beach, located next to numerous restaurants, bars, and other entertainment venues but also far enough away from the hustle bustle of the downtown area as to avoid some of the undesirable aspects of late night beach partying.

You are within walking distance of everything needed to enjoy your stay, including gas, grocery, restaurants, and entertainment.
