Lucca Holiday

Excellent property. 10 minute walk from the city walls past an brilliant bakery, greengrocers and gelateria.We had travelled with our dog from the UK and she loved it. Lucca is very dog friendly.Loads to see in Lucca and the surrounding area.Patrizia, the owner, was so friendly and helpful.Perfect stay

Villino Franco

We were given a very warm welcome by Patrizia and her husband who helped us find our way around the local amenities.The property was well equipped so we had everything we needed to cook with when we ate in.We had some chilly days but there were extra throws available to keep us warm.

Fantastic - you should stay here!

This is a gorgeous, spacious, clean, well-maintained property in a peaceful quiet location just a few minutes walk from the historic center, with a beautiful private garden area and every amenity a visitor could desire. Shops, bars, restaurants and gelato are within steps of the front door. Patrizia is an absolutely wonderful hostess, very kind and accommodating, and very generous with her knowledge of the city. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone visiting Lucca!

Perfect location for a longer stay in Lucca

This very nice house is the perfect combination of a traditional house with modern comfort. To sum up: good beds, large shower/bathroom, more than fully equipped kitchen, and a very nice outside sitting area where we spent many nice hours. It is located in a quiet area near a bakery, butcher, groceries, and at walking distance from the walls of Lucca. If ever I go back to Lucca, no doubt I will rent this little gem again. Thank you very much Patrizia for being the perfect host !

Best Vrbo and vacation spot ever

The villa was quaint and well cared for. Everything that we needed was there. It was within walking distance to shopping, town center, and the Muro. The owners were so accommodating. They were easily accessible.They were kind and friendly. We felt like we knew them already. Patrizia, Lorenzo, and Monica were the best hosts ever. I hope to stay there again next year. I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to visit Lucca and Tuscany❤️.Enjoy!

An almost perfection way in every way. The host Patricia is very inviting , listening to every needs and in addition Patricia is a more than a very good advice guide advice , she is the most perfect ever seen 😉. The house is like as the pictures perfectly as seen and very clean and very well equiped ( except for the internet deficient at Times). The house is a very good location who want’s to visit Lucca ( 10 -15min walk to old city).Thanks dear Patricia for your help and avalaibility at a y time😍

Sehr freundlich und herzliche Gastgeber. Wir erhielten auch Informationen zu Veranstaltungen in der Stadt.Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Gehzeit bis zum Altstadtkern 15 min.Wir waren vier Wochen hier und haben immer noch nicht alles von Lucca gesehen. Fakt ist das 1 bis 2 Tage für Lucca definitiv zu wenig sind.Auch mein Hund fühlte sich sehr wohl. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt und tägliche Spaziergänge am Fluss waren entspannend.

Het huis was niet supergroot maar meer dan voldoende voor ons (2 personen). De woning lag centraal tussen de stad en supermarkten. Patrizia is een superlieve gastvrouw en gaf ons ook heel goede informatie. We kunnen dit huis met heel veel overtuiging aanraden.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Patrizias Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von dort kann man sehr gut Pisa, Florenz und den Strand erreichen.

Schönes Ferienhaus außerhalb der Stadtmauer

Sehr schönes geräumiges Ferienhaus mit gemütlichen Sitzplätzen im Garten. Die Altstadt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Patrizia ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin.

Visite de la Toscane

La maison de Patrizia est superbe pour cette découverte de la Toscane. La maison est très bien équipée pour une famille de 5 personnes. On n'a manqué de rien. La maison est idéalement situé pour visiter à pied le centre ville de Lucca. Ce centre ville est vraiment magnifique et on pourrait passer tout une semaine pour la visiter. Ca a été une très belle découverte et nous reviendrons certainement pour continuer notre exploration de l'Italie. Patrizia est une hôte formidable, toujours disponible et avec de bon conseils. Et en plus elle parle tellement de langues: la communication a été très facile. Merci beaucoup Patrizia pour votre accueil, les enfants ont vraiment apprécié ce séjour. A bientôt j'espère.

Pratique, confortable, stratégique...

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine, ma femme et moi, dans cette jolie maison décorée dans un style toscan pur jus. Très pratique avec le jardin, le parking, c’est nettement plus confortable qu’un appartement tout en étant très proche du centre ville. La propriétaire nous avait prêté des vélos, ce qui permet d’etre en ville en cinq minutes et de visiter sans fatigue. Lucca est aussi un point stratégique pour rayonner en Toscane vers Florence ou la Ligurie à Cinque Terre (en train car la circulation et le parking y sont difficiles), ou en voiture vers Viareggio, Carare, Pise, Braga, Montecatini, Sienne,... Nous reviendrons très certainement. Les propriétaires, très sympathiques, sont maintenant presque des amis. Une destination que nous vous conseillons sans hésitation . Vincent
