Palms at Wailea #308 is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the second floor with split system A/C throughout. We just completed a full renovation throughout the entire unit! The unit has retained a Hawaiiana feel in the Plantation Style. Kitchen completely redesigned to increase SQFT, larger bar, which will be perfect for cooking and a night-in! For outdoor enjoyment, Palms at Wailea #308 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. There is a lanai (patio) with chairs & and table, seating 4 for eating and 2 brand new for lounging. Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available. Sleeps 4. Sunsets over the Island of Lanai plus a partial ocean view from the Lanai make for beautiful evening moods.
