This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom/2 bath penthouse unit will accommodate a family of 8 comfortably with 1 King in the master bedroom, 2 Queens in bedroom 2, & 2 Twins in bedroom 3.

This luxury Penthouse(located on the 14th floor) offers an ocean front balcony off of both the living room and master bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 TV's, 3 DVD's and a washer dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Crescent Keyes is located in the Crescent Beach Section of North Myrtle Beach which is centrally located and close to any Restaurant, Shopping Center or Activity you could want to enjoy during your stay. The Resort amenities include an Oceanfront Pool, adjacent terraced Sundecks, 2 Lazy Rivers, Children's Pool, Hot Tub, Spa, Indoor Pool and glass walled fitness center which overlooks the pools and the blue Atlantic Ocean. Only reason I didn't give it 5* is because the bed linen was dirty. The sofa that folded out to a bed had stains all over the mattress. The floors had sand everywhere. Besides that everything was as expected.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The condo was perfect, the view was perfect, the cleanliness and the space to accommodate everyone was great. I would definitely recommend it. The property was Beautiful. However the couch and sofa was dirty and needs to be upholstered. We didn't seat on them because they were stained badly. The dining room chairs and bar stools were dirty and in need of fabric replacement. The beds were very firm and uncomfortable to sleep on them. The Penthouse was a great location wirh spectacular views. Also be sure ask North Beach Rental Company for a garage door opener to park on G5 the PH level. If you don't ask they will not provide it to you. Make sure to read the PH manual on the glass coffee table. Xplorie will offer free tickets to certain activities however the first ticket is Free and you pay for additional tickets. Great Stay with the exception of the stained furniture.

Great views of the beach in the living room and the MBR. Kitchen is a little small for a 3 bedroom condo. Kitchen had lots of dishes , just remember to bring items to store leftovers. Second bathroom is small considering it needs to accommodate the other 2 bedrooms, possibly 4 people. Loved the new tall chairs on the deck. Management was excellent and very responsive to small issues we had. Overall, wonderful spot on the beach and in North Myrtle Beach.

Absolutely wonderful and the balcony and view were our favorite parts. Will definitely stay again. Our only observations were regarding the cleanliness of the floors and dust on the furniture surfaces otherwise everything was great.

Great location

Wonderful condo with great ocean views. Convenient to great restaurants and shopping. The grounds are well maintained and very clean. The condo is locked down with numerous access points which make you feel safe. We would definitely stay there again!!

The location and facilities were excellent. The place was very clean. The only complaint I would have is the sheets were terrible. They are probably the worst sheets I have ever slept on.

Family Vacation

We love this condo for our yearly family vacation. I have a 5 and a 13 year old and the pool and oceanfront is great for both! There is also plenty of room for the 6 of us! This is our second year staying in this condo and we love it!

Awesome time at the beach

Spent two weeks for a work trip apartment was great. There are a couple of issues with the cabinetry that could be fixed but overall we had a awesome time.

Loved the condo! Great location. Quick ride to Cherry Grove beach and so many local ice cream shops, mini golf places, restaurants and coffee options were just a short drive away. The beach itself was quiet considering it was spring break week, which was exactly what we were looking for. The condo itself was clean and had everything we were looking for. The view was incredible from the balcony. The only comment of concern was that the outdoor pools were closed and we had no idea before arriving. They said it was because the pools aren't heated and it still regularly drops below 50deg at night, but coming from literal winter weather these pools were something my kids were looking forward to and were ready to jump in regardless of how cold they were, so it was kind of torture for them to look but not enjoy. The outdoor pools at the sister condo next door were open at the end of our stay, however we did not have access to those which kind of put salt in the wound.

Excellent choice

We enjoyed our stay very much! There were 8 in our party ranging from retired to infants and everyone had plenty of room. And enjoyed ourself! I wish the pools were heated as the water was a little cool for the little ones. Would defiantly stay again!!!

Overall a great place

We loved the view of the beach and the condo was great and had lots of space for everyone. The mattresses need to be updated and the kitchen cabinets need some work to them. Overall we had a great stay and we didn’t have any major issues.

Mini vacation

The ocean views were absolutely stunning. I have stayed at many many beach front properties and this was by far the most beautiful views I have ever seen. As soon as you step in the front doors you have sweeping views of the ocean. The water was so blue. It felt like paradise. I spent more time on the balcony than I ever have. We were in the penthouse and could see everything. Will definitely stay here again and could not recommend enough.
