Lovely home in the hills near Porto San Paolo

Great location to explore the beautiful beaches of Sardinia, everything you need from restaurants to shops is within a short drive. Property was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The owner and managers all very helpful when needed.

Poor Service

The pool was not usable because not cleaned. We were obligated to drive our garbage around. The person on site was obsolete, instead of checking the house before we arrived, he came after us and went away without saying anything because a call came in. The house and the view were outstanding but someone else should do the rest.

Dear Dario, I am very sad and sorry to read your comments about the house. I am surprised you did not contact me directly about the pool which is cleaned 3 times a week. Just a call and I would have solved the issue. Regarding garbage handling in this part of Sardinia, I do understand that this is not the most convenient. This is the reason why it is clearly indicated in the house's guidelines sent to you prior to your arrival. I am very sorry that you missed that important information. However I am glad that you appreciated our beautiful family house and its seaview.

Das Haus ist perfekt geeignet für einen Aufenthalt wenn man Ruhe in einem schönen Ambiente mit wundervoller Aussicht möchte. Die Ausstattung und der Außenbereich sind sehr hochwertig und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die beiden Eingänge zu den Wohnungen sind auch von Vorteil wenn man sich mal zurückziehen möchte. Vom Standort aus erreicht man nach kurzer Fahrt sehr viele traumhafte Buchten. Die Vermieter waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Urlaub war perfekt für Erholung und das Leben geniesen.

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderbar und hat alles, was das Herz begehrt: Wunderbare Aussicht, schöner Pool, grosse Terrasse, gepflegte Gartenanlage, sehr gepflegte Räumlichkeiten, Klimaanlage. Wir können es nur empfehlen!

Moderne Villa in rühriger, guter Lage und mit wunderschönem Ausblick.

Wir 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder 14-11 hatten 10 super schöne Tage. Die Villa liegt recht zentral, ist schnell zu erreichen und dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen. Die angebotene Bootstour mit den Housekeeper Dominique ist ein muss! Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzern und den Housekeeper war hervorragend. ( In Englisch) Ausstattung 4 von 5 Sternen: Alles da was man braucht. Sehr hochwertig. Schatten für 8 Personen auf Hauptterrasse ist mit den vorhandenen Sonnenschirm nicht möglich. Grill etwas klein für 8 Personen. Für die Begrüßung, als Erstversorgung hätten wir uns etwas Wasser und einen kleinen Snack gewünscht. Sauberkeit 4 von 5 Sternen: Sehr sauber! Sitzkissen und Kissen der Sonnenliegen sollten erneut werden. Lage 5 von 5 Sternen Alles was man braucht ist in 15min oder weniger erreichbar. Gerne kommen wir wieder!
