Only 5 minutes from Honfleur and 10 minutes from Trouville sur mer, we offer this beautiful house located in the town of Pennedepie less than 200 m from the beach accessible by a pedestrian path. It faces south, with no neighbors, on a large enclosed plot. The accommodation is 170 m².

With family or friends you will have everything you need for a pleasant stay.
On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms with double bed, one overlooking the garden and the second on a private terrace, as well as a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom / shower.
Upstairs you have a huge family space with a view of the sea. It consists of a double bed and 2 single beds with private bathroom, a second living room and an office space.

Great family home - close to beach

Our family of four adults and our dog have just spent a very relaxed week at Les Embruns. Olivier, the owner, communicated well throughout the booking process and promptly dealt with questions about the property and local amenities. The house is in a great location, being a short walk from the beach and about ten minutes’ drive into Honfleur. The house was very comfortable, and the secure garden was great for our dog and for relaxing in the sun and playing boules. On the warmer days we enjoyed breakfast in the garden. We had lovely walks along the beach and into the nearby villages. We also made the most of the restaurants and local produce. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Les Embruns.

Situation exceptionnelle entre la plage (à 200 m) et le magnifique Bois du Breuil (à 5 minutes en voiture), absolument idéale pour les propriétaires de chiens. La propriété est entièrement clôturée, ce qui est très appréciable. L'accueil de Marie Rose était très professionnel et chaleureux. La maison et les environs sont très bien entretenus et offrent un grand confort.

Wir danken dem sehr freundlichen Gastgeber und seiner Haushaltshilfe. Das Haus entsprach genau den Bildern und Beschreibungen aus dem Internet. Besonders positiv ist die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft hervorzuheben, ebenso wie die liebevolle Einrichtung und der gepflegte Garten. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten, ruhig gelegen und nicht weit bis zum Strand. Den Strand haben wir mit langen Wanderungen und Sonnenuntergängen mit unseren Hunden sehr genossen. Abschließend bleibt zu sagen: Ein Urlaub, der in Erinnerung bleibt und Lust auf eine Wiederholung macht.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und in toller Lage, man kann hier sehr gut entspannen. Kurze Wege zu Strand und Supermarkt und zu Fuss zur Restaurant-Empfehlung in ca.3-5 Gehminuten. Dieses Lokal ist ein MUSS. Vielen Dank an Olivier für den Hinweis. Probleme und Fragen wurden schnell und gut gelöst. Olivier reagierte auf alle Anfragen sehr sofort. Besonderen Dank auch an Isabelle. Gerne wieder :)

Goldene Oktoberwoche

Wir haben uns in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist ideal, wenn man einerseits etwas Ruhe haben möchte und andererseits in der Nähe verschiedener schöne Orte der Normandie sein will, um etwas zu unternehmen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist herausragend, der Kontakt zum Vermieter ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Standnah, sehr ruhig, hundefreundlich und gut angebunden.

Es ist ein sehr schönes, altes Haus das abgelegen von großen Ballungsgebieten liegt. Ein Fußweg führt direkt aus dem Garten zum Strand. Ein gut sortierter und großer Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Für das Abendessen am Ankunftstag gibt es ein gutes Restaurant, dass in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht ist. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist charmant alt gehalten und entsprechend modern nachgerüstet was die Infrastruktur betrifft, so dass es an nichts fehlt. Der Garten ist riesig und vollständig abgeschlossen, sodass unsere Hunde bedenkenlos draußen laufen konnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einzigartige Lage - grosser Garten - schönes Haus

Die Lage des Hauses könnte nicht besser sein. Wir haben die ausgedehnten Spaziergänge mit unseren Hunden am Strand vor dem Haus enorm genossen. Der Garten ist sicher eingezäunt und bietet viele verschiedene, lauschige Plätze. Das Haus ist voller Charme - insbesondere die obere Etage. Wir haben es sehr genossen und werden wieder kommen.

relaxing stay over New Year

I can recommend this property without any restriction. It is located a 2 minute walk to a fabulous beach on a private road with no cars. We had a wonderful relaxing time with long walks on the beach and lazy lunches in nearby Honfleur or Deauville. Both cities are reachable within 10-15 minutes by car. We also went to Caen and Falaise. Well sorted supermarket some 5 minutes drive away. Host Olivier has been extremely nice and friendly. We will be back.

Excellent séjour au calme

Maison très agréable (et très bien équipée), nous avons passé un court mais excellent séjour dans un cadre très reposant : larges baies vitrées sur le jardin, grandes promenades sur la plage à moins de 5 minutes à pied par un chemin piéton, et tout ce qu'il faut passer la soirée devant un beau feu de cheminée (séjour en février).

C'est dommage que vous ne m'ayez pas prévenu pendant le séjour, malgré nos échanges, car la Normandie et le bord de mer en particulier, sont humides et j'aurais mis un peu de chauffage. Wonderful house in a superb location

Apart from the splendid location of the house just a one-minute walk by foot to the beach and situated in a big well-maintained lush green garden protected by high bushes and trees from the northsea breezes we especially loved its individual interior design with quality furniture, shelves, books, paintings, pieces of art, abundancy of tasteful decorations etc.. Nowhere the usual "vacation home standard", instead we felt like being personal guests in a private home.
