Julie was great- very attentive though we needed nothing! The list of amenities was exact and the only things we needed we expected and brought with us. We enjoyed the view and spent 7 hours a day on the beach. Exactly what we needed. Will absolutely be back!Don’t skip on the coconut cream pie from Donut Hole or dinner at Boshamps! We booked a private boat ride through boat booker and highly recommend!

Julie's "Barefoot Bungalow" truly felt like a home away from home! We wanted for nothing. She truly has a knack for decorating and anticipating what her guests will need during their stay. The condo was spotless, we could even smell the "clean" as soon as we walked through the door. I think the only thing we reached out to Julie about after arriving (which was around 10:00 p.m.) was how to adjust the thermostat, and she responded right away. She was very cordial and helpful throughout the whole process, from booking to checking out. Should we return to Pelican Beach in the future, we will definitely stay in one of her units. Thank you, Julie, for creating such a comfortable and cozy place to stay in Destin, FL! :)

Absolute Perfection!! 🩵We had the most amazing trip. From the moment we walked through the door, we were blown away by the cleanliness and detail in this condo. So fresh and clean! We have stayed in several units and this one by far is our favorite! Our view was INCREDIBLE, loved the furniture on the balcony for our morning coffee and reading The Condo supplied everything we needed to feel at home Kitchen was very well stocked, beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were super clean- extra points for the hooks in the shower to hang suits. We had a FANTASTIC Host: Communication was seamless. She provided a detailed check-in guide, local recommendations, and even left a thoughtful welcome gift! Communication was immediate! We will absolutely be back!

Great location to stay pool and grounds were clean at all times. Had security checking peoples band to make sure who was on the grounds witch was great. Unbelievable beach with great views. Looking forward to a return visit.

Julie’s condo was absolutely perfect! We stayed for 5 nights with our 2 young girls and had everything we needed. The condo was well stocked with essentials and very CLEAN, which is important to us . Location was perfect, the beach and pools at the resort were amazing, and Julie was easy to communicate with. We had a great stay and definitely hope to come back!
We had the best ocean views from our balcony and even saw dolphins one morning!

Our stay was a great experience. Communication with Julie was excellent. Check-in was quick and easy. The condo itself was very clean and well-maintained, which immediately stood out and made it comfortable to settle in.One of the highlights was the view—it really added something special to the stay and made the atmosphere feel relaxing and enjoyable.Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer. We definitely would like to come back.

Everything was great! Condo was very clean! The view was amazing and so was the weather in Dec! Just one thing though…the nights were cold and we couldn’t adjust the thermostat. Overall everything was wonderful from check-in to departure!
