Just steps away from the beach….

Newly purchased and renovated in January 2024. This beautiful unit, Barefoot Bungalow, is located on the 14th floor with phenomenal views of the beautiful emerald gulf coast. From the beachfront balcony, you can sit and enjoy a morning cup of coffee and watch the dolphins or in the evening, have a glass of wine and watch the beautiful sunset. This view is truly stunning!

The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to make a quick snack or create a magnificent meal. There are beautiful white granite counters with a large breakfast bar.

This condo will exceed your expectations! It is perfect for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. This unit accommodates six easily. The master bedroom has a king size bed and large dresser with plenty of space. This unit has two complete beautiful bathrooms. The custom designed bunk beds, each with its own 32” inch ROKU television is sure to be a hit with the kiddos! The living area has a new queen size sleeper sofa with a COZY KING 8 inch mattress.

The Pelican Beach Resort amenities rival the best with Three POOLS, one of which is indoor/outdoor. We are the only resort in Destin that has a Zero Entry Pool! We have TWO HOT-TUBS, a twenty man and an eight man, tennis courts, pickle ball, onsite cafe, sundry shop, and a TIKI Hut conveniently located between the Pool and Beach. Pelican Beach Resort also has a newly renovated fitness center and sauna room.

We are conveniently located in the heart of Destin with all the best restaurants and shopping, kids activities and a vibrant nightlife.
We have purchased two new Beach chairs and an umbrella for you to use during your stay. They are on located on the balcony

No animals allowed, this is not a pet friendly resort. If you have a service animal and plan to book this unit, please be aware that there will be an extra cleaning fee of $500.00. We have to make sure everyone has a safe stay in our condo. No smoking in the condo or on the balcony this will result in a $500.00 fee and eviction. We have two designated smoking areas. We do suggest taking out travel insurance.

Great location to stay pool and grounds were clean at all times. Had security checking peoples band to make sure who was on the grounds witch was great. Unbelievable beach with great views. Looking forward to a return visit.

Julie’s condo was absolutely perfect! We stayed for 5 nights with our 2 young girls and had everything we needed. The condo was well stocked with essentials and very CLEAN, which is important to us . Location was perfect, the beach and pools at the resort were amazing, and Julie was easy to communicate with. We had a great stay and definitely hope to come back!
We had the best ocean views from our balcony and even saw dolphins one morning!

Overall it was a great property and we had a great time! Loved the beach decor, the condo size was great for my husband and I. The only disadvantage was beach service at Pelican Beach Resort. We arrived and asked to rent an umbrella and 2 chairs, and was told ‘sure, we open at 9:00 and can get you set up on the 3rd row back’. Fortunately the condo had an umbrella and chairs provided which we used. But we were behind the 3rd row. So our view was empty beach service set ups. I understand they were reserved and paid for, but why keep the umbrellas up when nobody was sitting there? We don’t go to the beach for the pool or look at umbrellas, we go to sit at the beach and enjoy the ocean views. But we had an ocean view only from our balcony, on the 14th floor.

Our stay at the Pelican Beach Resort (Barefoot Bungalow) was awesome. This place is hard to beat if you want a true beachfront experience, the views from the 14th floor are incredible and you’re literally steps from the sand, Everything about the stay just felt easy and relaxing. The condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed but honestly, the real highlight is the set up, multiple pools, quick beach access and that perfect Destin water right outside your door. if you’re looking for a spot that checks all the boxes, location, views, convenience and great atmosphere - this is it, would 100% stay here again without hesitation. Mrs.Julie really made the experience even better - super responsive easy to work with and made sure everything was smooth from checking in to check out, it’s always a huge plus when you don’t have to worry about anything and that was definitely the case here. Oh yeah, did I mentioned free covered parking just steps from the front door. Can’t wait for our return trip next year.

Everything was great! Condo was very clean! The view was amazing and so was the weather in Dec! Just one thing though…the nights were cold and we couldn’t adjust the thermostat. Overall everything was wonderful from check-in to departure!
