Beautiful character house in the heart of the Sands
A few steps from the large beach and ideally located in a hypercentre close to all shops (halfway between the Halles and Arago markets).
Ideal holiday home completely renovated with style of 200m2, with 4 bedrooms and garage.
Very bright east / west facing with a ceiling height up to 3m, spread over 4 floors
A few steps from the beach, this beautiful Sablaise house is warm and comfortable in a quiet area consisting of:
. On the ground floor, you will find an entrance, with corridor, serving a beautiful living room with wooden floors (living / dining room with sofa and TV), communicating with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher) , and a refrigerator).
. In the basement, you will find a room with outside access a bedroom (4) with a 140x190 bed and an extra bed of 90x190 and a bathroom with bathtub as well as separate toilets opening onto a patio with 1 table and chairs and barbecue.
. On the 1st floor you will find two bedrooms (2 and 3) with a 140x190 bed. You will also find a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet.
. On the 2nd floor, you will find a bedroom (1) with a 160x190 bed.
. a closed garage at 100m
Weekly, extended weekend or monthly rentals only.
Many possibilities during your stay: large beach and its embankment, sea water swimming pool located on the beach, fishing port and marina nearby with their bars and restaurants. 2 18-hole golf courses 10-15 minutes away. Many cycle paths to cross pine forests and access the wild coast.
