Family Friendly Home W/ Pool On Pvt Cul-du-sac, Cls To Beach

Stay in my airy spacious family home, with 3 large bedrooms, 2 updated bathrooms, & a large private deck surrounding the pool.

My property is new to VRBO - but I have 4.9 ratings on another website

The master bedroom looks out on to the pool complete with a private outdoor shower.

My home is close to Wainscott beach and Georgica Pond (1.5 miles) and is centrally located to the villages of East Hampton, Bridgehampton, and Sag Harbor (all about 10 minutes away.)

On the deck you are welcome to enjoy the cedar rockers, table and chairs. I keep the solar heated pool open until October if you like to swim.

Kitchen is complete with updated appliances. The house is very bright and airy with skylights throughout.

Beach towels, linens and beach chairs are all available for you use and will make your stay in the Hamptons even more enjoyable.

If you like running, there are plenty of trails and scenic country roads for you to enjoy. Those same roads are excellent for road riding, and many of the trails are good for mountain biking.
Just across the street, there is The Seafood shop, wine store, deli, pizzeria, and Chinese restaurant all within walking distance.
The Wainscot Hampton Jitney stop is located just in front of the Pizzeria and is within easy walking distance. So a car is not really necessary, if you just want to relax. I also have a number of bikes available for your use. Main Beach Surf and Sport, which offers kayaking and canoeing on beautiful Georgica Pond is also located in the Wainscott shopping plaza, a short walk away.
Please note there is no TV in the bedroom, but one smart flat screen is located in the living room. Strong Wireless internet available throughout.

If you have children, you will be glad to know the house is located on a private quiet cul-du-sac with very limited traffic, and an In ground trampoline as well!

The trampoline and large enclosed backyard is fun and safe for them.
