This is a newly renovated spacious 1BR/1BA apartment that sleeps 4. We provide a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. We are located in a perfect downtown location with excellent views of the mountains. You can walk right out your door with just steps to Elk Avenue where all downtown shops and restaurants are located. We are also only 1 block from the bus stop where you can catch the free shuttle up to Mt. Crested Butte. We also provide wireless internet. Business License #006280

Hiking in Colorado

Cool, convenient spot in Crested Butte

My wife and I stayed in this property for 3 nights over Christmas. This has to be the most convenient location in CB! It’s a 2-3 minute walk to the bus to take you up to the base area to ski. Walk the other way on Elk Ave. and you have every restaurant and shop in CB within a 5 minute walk. The unit itself is nice and comfortable and had everything we needed. Beth was a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, quiet, nicely decorated property located just a few steps from restaurants and shops on Elk Avenue. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return ASAP.

Property was in a great location right off of Elk Ave...within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Also less than a 5min walk to the bus stop for the town shuttle that takes you up to the mountain to ski. Would stay again!

Amazing Studio Apartment! Right next to Elk AVE!

Great location right next too Elk Ave. Quick walk to all the shops, and bars! Place was clean, spacious and had all the essentials. Best priced nightly rate in town. Highly recommend.

Walkable and spacious

This property is amazing. Walkable to anything in CB and at minimum a 10 minute drive to beautiful wildflowers hikes. If we come back I’d absolutely stay here again. You’ll be happy you booked this place! We also loved the windows opening during the evening for cool nights and breezes coming in.
