About this property

Updated in 2022! Everything has a fresh coat of paint, new kitchen table and 50" Smart TV. Listen to the waves and enjoy INCREDIBLE VIEWS from the balcony of this top floor villa just two back from oceanfront with a panoramic west facing view. The linens, towels and bedding are high quality and unlike many in the building, we have central air that was replaced in 2020.

Queen bed in the bedroom with flat screen TV and Spectrum Cable package. 2 small bunks in the hallway for smaller children (there is a door in the hallway to make it a private room if the kids go to sleep early). It is best suited for couples or a family of four. The living room has a 50" Smart TV and a sleeper sofa. High speed internet in the villa and at the pool. Kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you need to cook meals.

*We will provide a pack and play if requested.

Located in Seaside, a gated oceanfront complex just two blocks down the beach from Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut.

We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We offer initial grocery shopping that will be set up for you upon arrival for a fee of $35. We can also leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.
