This unit is located in the Poipu Sands condominiums. It's an older property probably built in the 80s, but it's perfectly maintained. It's kind of a sleeper because not very many people seem to know about it. Great for family vacations great for small children great for location to all the beaches located on the South Shore of Kauai.It's close to the pool, barbecue grills and huge grass open Spaces for soccer or any kind of family activities. It's the best bargain on the island for the money.

This one of our best experiences in our rental from a well setup kitchen, plenty of open space, nice dining room open with views of the ocean was so nice. We would definitely rent this VRBO again Scott was great for tips on local dining, local beaches and was always quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great location!

Poipu sands is a great location! Love the south end of the island so close to poipu beach where you will see many sea turtles, close to the harbor for a trip to the napali coast, a must see and also a senic drive to wiamea canyon. Will defifitaely be back!

Excellent stay

This condo is very clean, well appointed, easy to access and just as presented. The lanai is one of its best feaures. I loved being walking distance to the Hyatt for dining and i got a Resortpass for the day and enjoyed the pools. The pool at the complex is also quite nice.
