This cottage is one block from the Gulf Of Mexico and one house from the intracoastal.

Lots of restaurants, hotels, bars and stores within walking distance. Private patio and balcony. There is a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and small oven. You will love coming home from the beach and relaxing in the cottage. It is so quiet and peaceful here.
One parking space is included in the rental.

Spiral staircase

Susan was very hospitable. It was hard to get the suitcases up the spiral staircase, so we left the in the lower level space. Not too inconvenient.

Initial description was misleading, as a cottage was offered when the reality was a small bedroom.

Al's well that ends well. I simply didn't know if I had access to the entire apt. or was confined to one small bedroom and sharing a kitchen and bath with the apartment resident.

Cozy, clean and close

Excellent location for walking to good restaurants, live music venues and the beach. Property manager was very hospitable and works a lot, so it felt as if it was a private rental, not a shared home. I look forward to my next opportunity to stay here! Highly recommend!

Short walk to st. Pete’s beach

Susan was a wonderful host, making us feel welcome and providing a few enjoyable treats upon our late evening arrival. Her place is within walking distance of St. Pete’s beach, many restaurants and beach bars. Enjoyed the Sunday farmer’s market with produce, art, food vendors and music. Very basic kitchen, we only had coffee and simple breakfast while staying with Susan, as we enjoy trying different restaurants. She has a very private patio right outside the door, we enjoyed morning coffee while planning our day. Many of the restaurants and bars have music throughout the week. Overall we had a very nice time exploring from Clearwater to Pass-a-Grille beach. All were within a 20-30 minute drive. Would consider staying at Susan’s again if we come back to the area.

My souls retreat and stay of Renewal!

I was greeted with support for my stay. This was my first stay in VRBO and felt welcome and safe. Location was great ...just across the street from beach and walking distance to all kinds of food and fun. Public transportation convenient and reasonable for me without a car. Balcony and Patio renewing and available .... kitchen a plus......walking distance on the beach to great places. Host a nice blend of available and invisible. I will return.....well priced too.
