On the 5th and last floor with elevator, this apartment consists of an entrance with cupboard, a kitchen with a small loggia, a living room with a fitted balcony, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a second bedroom with a 160 cm bed (2x80), a mezzanine with three 90 cm beds, shower room with WC, and separate WC.
EQUIPMENT: 3 induction hobs, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washer-dryer, dishwasher, TV. Reserved garage 200 meters away. Pets not allowed. Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning (€50 + €1 per m²), linen rental (pair of sheets €18 and towel €10/pers) and WiFi box rental (€39/week). A cleaning deposit may be required.
