Light and bright, this 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom Windsor at Westside townhouse makes the perfect home away from home for your Orlando vacation. Tons of natural light fills the living spaces, where the whole crew can enjoy quality time together. The home comes with a ton of little extras like complimentary Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs in each bedroom. Guests here also enjoy easy access to Orlando’s best attractions with Walt Disney World and Universal Studios just minutes away.

Cool off in the dip pool out back, housed under the protective screen of the lanai. The pool deck has several loungers and an outdoor living room area for enjoying meals outdoors. There’s also a gas grill and patio table for dining outdoors.

**Optional pool and spa heat is available for $35/day + tax. - We recommend adding this option to your reservation between the months of November and April.**

In the light-filled living room, sliding glass doors connect the inside to the outside. The room mixes metals, fabrics and colors to create a chic and comfortable space. The upstairs loft area has more hang-out space with a couch and flat-screen TV.


Put on your own cooking show in the gorgeous fully-equipped kitchen that boasts granite countertops and stainless appliances. The center island provides extra prep space, as well as additional dining spots with four barstools. Fit six more around the formal dining room table.

Sultry silvers and grays outfit the first bedroom, which comes with a king bed. Bedroom #2 is ideal for the kids with a set of twin-over-full bunk beds and cute character décor. Over in the third bedroom, the king bed is set against a stunning accent wall. Rounding out the sleeping spaces, bedroom #4 has a queen bed and bedroom #5 comes with a king bed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We initially booked this property for 2 weeks and then extended for an additional 2 weeks. The house is very nice. Loved the sliding doors that open to the lanai. The gas grill was great, however, we did have to purchase our own propane which was not explained in the property description. This property is owned by a vacation rental company. For most things, they were helpful and responsive with the exception of problems we had with our cable tvs not working. One tech came out to fix it and disconnected the internet service for the house. Called and asked that she come back that evening but she did not. We had to figure out how to fix it ourselves. That aside, we really enjoyed this property. Great location close to Disney.

Needs a very deep cleaning

Let me start off by saying that unless you are staying at a Disney hotel this area where there are nothing but vacation rentals is probably the closest you’ll get to the parks. They are about 25-30 minutes from each park though. The space of the house was good as we had a wide range of family staying with us. When we first arrived we were greeted by a bench full of garbage from the previous tenant. Apparently all the condos in this complex leave the garbage in a bench for maintenance workers to pick up daily. They were behind on picking up. This attracted ants that ended up in the people’s shoes that stayed in the downstairs bedroom. The porch was also covered with spider sacks. It was very unwelcoming. Inside the condo was filthy. Not just they didn’t clean up after the last tenants, this was accumulated filth. I had Clorox wipes with me and cleaned as much as I could. Wiped down all the counters and the showers. I went through several wipes as they were so dirty from each and every space I cleaned. There were stains and bleach marks on the carpets and the black couch had white smudges all over it. The master comforter was gross so I washed it and restored it back to a nice white fluffy comforter. My daughter found a hair bead in her bed so I don’t trust that the sheets were changed on any bed. The walls were covered in scuff marks and gashes. The stairs were not vacuumed and looked like they hadn’t been for a while. There is a bbq on the patio but it is so dirty and burnt out that it was unusable. We liked that everyone could have their own space but you could not pay me to stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I did not have a pleasant experience from even before my arrival . The customer service I received was poor . Lacked professionalism and friendliness . During my stay on my first day I had issues with trash , someone dumped Dix bags of trash in the container at where I was staying . When I contacted Casiola , no one could assist all they said was that it was the Resort responsibility and had to call several times on the day and the day after as well . Finally someone by the name of Joy called me after I expressed my discontent with the issue through Email . Also the towels were damp in three of the bedrooms and when I informed that . The reaction was that they will let someone know so they could improve the staff . Wifi password was not available and when I called the lady I spoke to was not too friendly and pointed out to me that it should of been included int welcoming email which it was not . I will not stay here again was an awful experience with staff . The insane customer service that it’s announced on the phone when you call it’s totally the opposite of that .

I submitted pics right after arriving at this place. As did another member of my family. I also stated some of my concerns and disappointments when sent a survey: 1. To begin with, your practice of having guests send you pictures of themselves, ID and credit card via unsecured email is unacceptable. 2. Where on earth are the resort amenities such as clubhouse, kids water playground, lazy river etc shown on the VRBO site? I asked this in multiple messages but never a response! 3. No one answers the phone and when they do, they can only take a message, to which I am still awaiting the call back from July 26th! The people on The chat have no idea about the property and it’s not much of a chat since it takes 20+ minutes to get an answer to each message. 4. The place was filthy, starting from the greasy front porch to the un-vacuumed floors to the gross bbq grill. The couch is completely pilled and had unidentifiable white stuff and food on it. Everyone in my family refused to go near it. And when we tried to grab a blanket from the closet to spread on it, that had stuck-on food on it 5. The carpets are deeply stained, and gross. Instead of a relaxing time, we spent all of our time yelling at the kids to remember not to kneel or touch any of the carpet! 6. The pool didn’t work for the first half of our stay there, and like I said above all of the other resort amenities advertised on VRBO are non-existent, only for a regular community pool. 7. The dirty grill was eventually cleaned half-way during our stay after we sent pics. 8. The cleaning crew who arrived close to 4pm check in time (we saw them arrive) did a bang up job and didn’t have enough time to dry the towels and folded them damp. We had to dry them properly. 9. And don’t get me started on the hairs from previous guests all over the bathroom floor!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean and the pictures are a good representation of what it looks like. It is a little tight for seven adults and three children. It would have been a lot more comfortable if there had been four adults and six kids. This is not a negative comment towards the property or the rental company, just a suggestion that if you have a lot of adults in your party, a larger property may be better suited for you. The only complaint that I would have, and again it’s not a reflection of the rental company, is that the pool is really small. Everything else was great and I would definitely recommend, and stay here again.
