This newly renovated 2-bedroom condo at the Mauna Lani Resort is now available for your next vacation. This condominium/townhome is bright and airy and spans two floors with large windows to allow in the natural light. This popular floor plan features a second floor entirely dedicated to the master bedroom, with a king size bed, an en suite bathroom, tv with cable box and a large covered outdoor lanai. The downstairs features new driftwood flooring, a fresh paint job and updated appliances. The downstairs bedroom offers a queen size bed, tv with cable box and a complete bathroom. The kitchen and dining space open to a large wrap-around covered lanai with a built-in BBQ and space to entertain outdoors. Other amenities of this home include WIFI, central air conditioning, ceiling fans in all rooms, a laundry room with detergent provided and a garage. The Fairways at Mauna Lani is a lush property constructed on 20 private acres in the heart of the resort. It features beautifully landscaped grounds with walking trails and a large amenity complex with a hotel-style pool, hot tubs and recreation facilities. Beautiful residence

Great accommodations. Close promontory to everything we needed. The beach club was great for our LO. Beds were extremely comfortable. Will stay here again!

Nice property

Condo was very nice big lots of space beds very comfortable beautiful surroundings. No access to garage would have liked to have bikes to ride. Carpet dirty but otherwise everything worked well. Close walk to Fairmont and beach is wonderful for snorkeling and relaxing

This property is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Everything was exactly as listed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing we wished it had that it didn’t was beach chairs and umbrellas. That being said, the property is so nice overall that it wouldn’t deter me from renting again. Mahalo!

Big island vacation

Clean, quiet, well maintained & friendly neighbors and staff. If you like to cook, the condo could use more utensils, pots & pans etc to support. Best suited for adults. Not many accessories for children, such as games, DVD’s, or beach toys. No access to garage.

Mauna Lani Fairway Stay

Great property and location, but some minor issues. The washing machine was broken most of the trip but fixed last day. The whirlpool tub is either difficult to operate or not working. The Beach Club card was missing initially but found by property management. Overall, it was a great stay, with just minor issues that were addressed by the property management. I would stay again!

Peaceful Retreat

Pride of ownership clearly evident in the cleanliness and quality of furnishings and kitchen equipment. We were able to settle in and immediately begin enjoying ourselves. Lovely grounds with larger than average pool also enabled (short) lap swimming. Loved having the onsite gas grill and full size washer & dryer for our 3-wk stay. Although we didn’t need to interact much with the property managers, when we did, they were very responsive & friendly. Aside from better lighting in the dining room, our only suggestion would be to consider adding a hand mixer and some baking/serving dishes - but we were there over Thanksgiving so most vacationers probably wouldn’t have missed. As frequent visitors to the Big Island, we’d definitely stay here again!

Misses on the details

Place was clean but missed on the details (except the little gift bag from property management). The place has access to the beach club, which is great but they didn't have beach chairs or an umbrella for guests to use. Wifi was also worse than the wifi I had on the flight over. This was my fifth time staying in the neighborhood, and third time staying at the fairways and each of my four other rentals got these details right so I'd say this one is the worst out of the 5 places I've stayed in the neighborhood but is only a few details away from being a 5 star stay. A few hundred bucks of investment by the owners probably gets them there.

We share in your disappointment as we had just replaced the beach chairs and umbrella with brand new ones for the guests prior to you. We delivered them with the cooler, which is still in the condo! Mahalo Nui Loa for alerting us to the disappearance. We wish you had alerted us to this issue during your stay so that we could have replaced them for you right away. We are always happy to help. Unfortunately, the two wifi service providers here on island have been experiencing intermittent wifi outages do to the unusually high and heavy wind storms we've been receiving for months now. It has been quite inconvenient for everyone. We are sorry it made your stay less enjoyable. While our accommodations may not have been as detailed as you are accustomed to, I hope that our attention to comfort and our well-stocked home, plus the availability to all of the amenities, made up for any shortcomings. I hope you had fun in the sun at the Beach Club and that the Spirit of Hawaii stays with you. Huge aloha! 🌺

Elegant Hawaii sanctuary

This is a lovely condo best suited for adults. The owner filled the condo with her personal art and much of it is glass and breakable. The condo is well equipped: cook wear, beach towels, shampoo/conditioner/body soap/laundry pods etc... The unit is large and very comfortable. The pool grounds are amazing. The pool is warmed to almost bath temp and is at the deepest 4'. So not ideal for exercise swimming. But great for kids. Note that children can only use the pool from 12-7. Adult only hours 7-12 and 7-9. Location requires a car. It's a 30 min walk to the Mauna Lani, shorter walk to the Orchid -but on a busy road. We opted to eat lunch out and cook in. Lovely rental for cooking and dining in- outdoor BBQ in/at unit is a plus!

Spent a very relaxing two weeks here. Great location, well furnished and decorated townhouse. Well stocked kitchen. No beach gear other than towels. Management was responsive to our requests.
