Condo Notice: Our condo association has a planned property project schedule for Oct. 2026 - Dec.2026. There is a possibility that this could push into Jan. 2027. We anticipate workers being on property, but not inside condos, during the weekdays, from 7am to 7pm. Noisy work is permitted from 8am to 6pm. There will not be any work on weekends, nor Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve though New Year's Day)

This 3rd Floor Balcony Suite Plus has got personality! Thoughtful decorations throughout remind you that you are at the beach. Turn up the tunes, relax and enjoy the amazing view from this 3rd floor balcony. There is a queen Murphy bed in the living room, along with a recliner and 42" Flat Screen TV. This Murphy bed incorporates the sofa; the sofa stays in place, you just remove the cushions and the murphy bed fold down between the couch arms. Because of this, the couch does sit lower to the ground. The kitchen has a four burner stove top with oven. A glass top kitchen table is the perfect spot to have a meal and enjoy the ocean view. The bathroom has the vanity and a walk in shower. The king bed in the private bedroom is comfortable and has laminate flooring. This condo is a favorite and if you want to bring your pet, this just might be the perfect condo for you. PETS ARE ALLOWED*. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE.

*Breeds that cannot be accepted: Akita, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Belgian Malinois, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Caucasian Mountain Dog, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dutch Shepard, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Olde English Bulldogge, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf &/or Wolf Hybrids, any mix of any of these breeds, no former police dogs or attack dogs, no dogs that have ever previously bitten another dog/person that resulted in professional medical treatment.
