Beware of renting from this company that host this rental because they do not accuratelydescribe condition of rental they hide the fact that it has no air conditioning at this property in this one little line so make sure you read the whole description on any of their properties they host because they will not work with you in any way also the pictures do not represent what the property actually looks like.

The view couldn't be better. The condo was very comfortable, well outfitted for our needs. No AC, but we knew that going in. Lots of fans helped. No elevator, that detail I missed when booking, made it a challenge for us 65, but once inside the view made the climb worth it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jim and Penny's condo. The view was so fabulous and the surroundings so beautiful we hardly felt like leaving to explore the area. This will be our first choice to stay when we return to the island.

We loved the location of the condo. It was easy to get anywhere on the island. Our favorite spot was the lanai, and enjoying the view and sound of the waves. The pool and bbq area were great and we used them often. Would definitely recommend and hopefully stay here again.

Month long stay

Loved this condo... It is right on the beach and very close to Kona Town and everything else you may want to do on the island. The owners are very responsive to any issue you may have and that was really appreciated. Very nice stay.. Will definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to come back to Hawaii.

Quiet and perfect location

We could not have asked for a better view and location to the ocean!! Just a few steps to the water and shaded area in the sand with lounge chairs. The condo is most comfortable, well equipped with beach gear, and a fully furnished kitchen. Just a quick 5 minute to the village of Kona.

A lovely spot for a vacation

This is a very nice condo, right on the water. It was amazing to be able to hear the sound of the surf round the clock! Condo was well equipped and common areas were clean and well maintained. Good location in Kona on Ali'i drive. Excellent owner communication - very helpful and smooth. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!
