Simple & Sweet 4 Bedroom Home ON Lake Sinclair, Milledgeville, GA

Beautiful Lakefront home on Lake Sinclair with a boathouse and dock.

The Hidden Gem is a beautifully maintained, tri-level home set up exclusively for our VRBO guests. On the upstairs level are two bedrooms with a full bath, just five steps UP from the main level. On the main level you'll find the kitchen, living room, office, dining area and living room with a flat-screen TV. Glass doors take you out on a deck with a dining table and chairs overlooking the lake. 10 steps down you’ll find a bedroom and bath, plus an additional den with a flat-screen TV in case your group likes watching different programs, with a glass door that leads directly out to the backyard and lake. This den converts to an additional bedroom with a pull out queen sized hide a bed. There is a laundry room with a new washer and dryer, covered outdoor seating, boathouse with tie-ups for a boat, fire pit, charcoal grill, picnic table, and dock. Marcos Pizza is yummy & delivers, plus Applebee’s, Longhorns, and many other restaurants are a short five minutes toward downtown Milledgeville. For your entertainment and dining super close, there is a cool local restaurant on the lake, Ole Chobys (Formerly Jackson's). They feature a live band, and dinner every Friday and Saturday evening.

About 30 minutes from Macon and about 90 minutes from Atlanta this home is a wonderful place to be and works well for large families and friends.!

We had a wonderful trip to Lake Sinclair! The check-in process was very easy, the kitchen had everything we needed and the golf cart was a huge plus! The property was exactly as described. Location was perfect - restaurants on the water were close by either by boat or car and having Publix and Kroger less than 10 minutes away was great. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time. The house was a perfect size for 3 of us. We brought paddleboards and went right off the dock. Golf cart was a lifesaver. So close to town. We rented a boat so we could see the lake..Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place!

Great place for family vacation. The golf cart is wonderful bonus and the breakfast items left for us was a great touch. The home is older but updates were done well and the outdoor space is excellent. We would recommend to anyone and will be back! You can tell the owners go above and beyond for the renters!

This listing was perfect. The neighborhood was great, the home was clean, it held 8 people comfortably and the breakfast was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again. We wished it was warm enough to use the beautiful deck and the backyard was a great size for a larger guest stay.

We enjoyed staying on Lake Sinclair. We were close to restaurants and grocery stores. We rented a boat from the nearby marina and were able to dock it at the property easily. My family also enjoyed fishing from the dock. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.
