Luxury villa with beautiful swimming pool and jacuzzi, it is the ideal place for stays with family or friends, can accommodate up to 12 people.

A large automated gate gives you access to the courtyard that can accommodate up to four cars, including a sheltered space.

A landscaped garden welcomes you with its petanque court, a large terrace around the 7m x 4m swimming pool (heated from May to September) and a jacuzzi available all year round.

A garden furniture, deckchairs and umbrellas are at your disposal.

For friendly moments, you can enjoy an outdoor dining area equipped with a gas plancha.

On the ground floor:

A large open room directly overlooks the pool, it offers a large TV lounge, a large equipped kitchen with dining area and a table football.

A master suite with a 160 bed, air-conditioned with its bathroom giving direct access to the jacuzzi.

A second bedroom with a bed in 160.

A pantry with washing machine and a dryer available.

A separate toilet.

Upstairs:

A kitchenette with a mini fridge.

A separate bedroom with a 160 bed and a private terrace.

Très bon séjour à Éden Roc

Excellent séjour dans cette magnifique demeure, à la fois au calme mais offrant une multitude de distractions (piscine, jacuzzi, baby-foot, etc…) Nous arrivons véritablement chez l’habitant qui met à disposition son équipement : des jeux de société à sa table de ping-pong. Les heures d’accueil et de départ ont été parfaitement respectées et la procédure a été à la fois simple et très courtoise. Le propriétaire nous a contacté durant le séjour pour savoir si tout allait bien : en l’occurrence oui mais s’il y avait un soucis, cela permet d’en parler. Je recommande.

Beautiful contemporary house

Great house not often rented really a family home . Lovely garden area with heated pool and jacuzzi . Large open plan kitchen diner lounge. Tv . Lots of outdoor space . 4 bedrooms 2 on ground floor and :2 on first floor. First floor has separate entrance and can be used as a granny flat . Ideal for 2 families . Lounge suite there plus balcony . Well placed for the town and beaches about 7 minutes drive . Royan about 15 minutes drive . Large Super U co-op supermarket just a few minutes drive . Quiet location semi rural road . Plenty of parking inside gated drive .
