A BEACH LOVERS PARADISE
Kick off your shoes and feel the soft sand beneath your toes as you embark on a leisurely 3-mile drive to the beach. Upon crossing the ICW bridge, choose your perfect spot to run with the waves, and consider the tranquility down Canal Dr for a bit more privacy. Adventurous souls can continue their journey along the beach in a 4x4 vehicle, discovering the renowned Mitchell’s Cut to the right, where the Gulf waters flow into the ICW, offering fantastic year-round fishing opportunities. (Note: A 4x4 vehicle is recommended for venturing to the cut, and always be mindful of the tides to ensure a safe experience.)

ANGLER'S PARADISE
Reel in the best fishing Texas has to offer from our property's pier under the enchanting glow of pier lights. Catch various inshore fish species, including speckled trout, redfish, flounder, black drum, and sand trout. The ICW is teeming with blue crabs; use our provided traps for a mouthwatering crab boil. Clean your catch with ease at our newly constructed fish cleaning station, complete with a sink, cutting board, and a shaded roof to keep you comfortable during the summer heat.

BOATING CONVENIENCE
In September 2020, we added a 10'x30' wooden dock, ensuring secure boat mooring.

COMFORTABLE LIVING SPACES
Inside, our bright 3-bedroom, 2-bath open concept living room and kitchen offer ample space for socializing and meal preparation in a fully stocked kitchen. Relax in the living room equipped with a 55” LCD television, YouTube TV, DVD player, and a wide selection of movies. Sink into the comfort of two La-Z-Boy® recliners and two cozy La-Z-Boy® pull-out sofas with queen beds.

LUXURIOUS BEDROOMS
The master bedroom has firm mattresses with adjustable bases for your comfort. Two of the bedrooms feature sumptuous Serta iComfort Blue Fusion Pillowtop Hybrid mattresses topped with Cooling Mattress Toppers, guaranteeing restful nights. Crisp white 1800-thread-count hotel collection linen sheets, microfleece blankets, and an abundance of pillows make these bedrooms perfect for post-fishing or beachcombing naps.
The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a dresser, two side tables with lamps, and USB outlets for your electronic devices. The master bathroom offers an oversized mirror, spacious countertop, and a subway-tiled walk-in shower with a bold blue sea glass accent. The tranquil second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, dresser, and nightstand. The third bedroom is designed for relaxation with two full beds, a dresser, and nightstands. The hall bath is equipped with a soaker tub for serene bath time. White luxury towels are provided.

FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN & DINING
Enjoy picturesque views while preparing meals in our fully stocked kitchen, complete with an island bar and seating for chatting over breakfast. An additional eating/game table accommodates six. The kitchen is equipped with a cooktop/double oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, K-cup coffee maker, 12-serving coffee pot, espresso maker, a wide array of pots, pans, bowls, utensils, glasses, and a blender for your favorite slushy beverages. For a true coastal experience, grill freshly caught fish, steaks, or burgers on the charcoal grill located on the oversized deck and dine at our custom-built octagon table with seating for eight, all while watching the graceful pelicans glide over the water.

CONVENIENT AMENITIES
Our property is equipped with a lighted fish cleaning station, ensuring you can clean and bag your fish with ease at any time of the day or night. It features a sink for washing off and holding your catch, a generous 46" cutting board, and ample lighting.
