The cabin was Awesome! This was one of our Best Vacations. The cabin was super clean and the check in was simple. I can't wait to come back next year. Excellent experience. Thank you for making dreams come true.
Beautiful cabin in the wooded hills of Gatlinburg. Stocked with all the necessities for our stay! Easy check in and prompt response from owner with any questions. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin with us!!
The property was excellent! It was extremely clean and in the perfect location in Gatlinburg, close to all of the attractions. The communication was fantastic. The proximity to the pool was so convenient and we used the wonderful hot tub every day!! I would highly recommend staying at the Reclusive Moose. We had a wonderful time!
The cabin itself was very nice! It was super clean when we arrived, has just about everything you need for your stay. The hot tub was definitely a bonus, and the kids enjoyed the pool! The host was very informative, check in and check out was super easy. We really enjoyed our time!
Cabin was in a perfect location with quiet privacy yet close to the action in Gatlinburg. It was very well equipped for our large family of six! Thank you for the great stay and communication process as well.
Great location, host was very accommodating to our requests, and we look forward to staying again! We had our dog with us, and it was a perfect place and location to bring a pet.
Host offered guest full refund before check in, due to incoming snow. Guest declined. Guest stayed 2 of 4 days; told host early departure necessitated by incoming snow. Guest asked for partial refund due to forgoing staying the last two nights. Guest wrote “Thank you so much we enjoyed your cabin it was beautiful!!! The only thing I will say is the hot tub had a mildew smell just wanted to let you know!“ Housekeeper investigated during the clean immediately after guest departure. Housekeeper documented no mildew smell present after guest departure; documented by photograph an unknown substance in the water that clouded the water and compromised the effectiveness of the filters, not present in the fresh water in hot tub at check ins.
We had a wonderful time in this cabin. Going into fall, it was really dark there in the evening by 7 P.M. Since we had our dog with us, it was a little scary taking him out at 9 PM but thankful for the flashlights in the cabin. Wish there had been more outdoor lighting. We saw one bear down the hill from the back porch the first day we were there and a coyote one evening; but a lot of construction going on during the day two doors down which I expect kept them away. Beds were very comfortable and the hot tub always a plus. Cabin was as in all the reviews. We were familiar with this area as we have stayed there the past few years. Using back roads to Pigeon Forge kept us out of the traffic going into Gatlinburg unless we wanted to. We did go to the Titanic Museum and Parrot Mountain which we had not done before. Both places were excellent trips. We would book this cabin again if available.
This cabin was exactly what we were looking for! It’s close to the main stretch of Gatlinburg as well as to the entrance to the Smokies. While at the house, our kids enjoyed playing the arcade games and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The cabin appears as pictured, was clean, and the host was very responsive, calling us within minutes when we needed to reach out one time. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others as well!
Had an amazing time staying at Gail's cabin in the woods. Clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Hot tub was clean and enjoyed by the whole family.
