Conforme aux photos, propreté rien à dire

Appart confortable pour une famille de 4, proche de la plage et de la rue commerçante. On peut tout faire à pied. Malheureusement bcp de commerces fermés et ambiance tristounette dans les rues... la pluie n'a rien arrangé 😝

Très beau séjour à Bray-Dunes au coeur d'un magnifique site naturel protégé ! Appartement très bien situé sans voiture, entre le centre commercial et la plage. Endroit calme. Petit appartement simple et efficace avec un plus pour la cuisine équipée et le matériel de cuisine. Quelques petites réparations à faire à notre arrivée mais réaction rapide de l'agence... Chouette emplacement, personnel agréable.

Moquette aux étages un peu passée et évacuation évier salle de bain lente et compliquée; frigo était sur 0 (le service de nettoyage aurait pu le mettre sur 3) et oreillers pas vraiment propre (mais taie d'oreiller bien).

Tolle Umgebung, Hotel in super Lage aber in die Jahre gekommen

Wir waren zufrieden. Die Lage ist top . Das Hotel ist etwas herunter gekommen und teilweise auch schmutzig (Hausflur, Lift, Eingangsbereich voller Krümel, nass etc) und kaputt (Steckdosen hingen heraus Duschkopf kaputt)

Goede stek maar aan vernieuwing toe

De foto's op de website zijn wat je krijgt. Enkel zijn de appartementen zeer gedateerd, lederen stof van zetels gescheurd en vergaan, de parketvloer kromgetrokken door vocht, verf bladert af van muren en deuren, stopcontacten en schakelaars alsook verlichting werken niet allemaal. Ramen kunnen helaas niet op kip waardoor slapen moeilijk is door de dufte. De boiler die in de slaapkamer staat houd je ook wakker snachts. Voor de rest al bij al een net appartement voor een weekend. Voor een langer verblijf zie ik ons daar niet zitten. Moest men de appartementen updaten zou beter zijn. Volgens de mail word je onthaald aan de receptie voorje sleutel echter bij aankomst door ons en anderee koppels en rondbellen naar het agentschap blijkt dat de receptie niet bemand is zoals ook uiteindelijk in het gebouw uithing eens we binnen geraakt waren. Sleutel in een kluis en zoek het maar uit. Heel onpersoonlijk dit kan beter naar mijns inziens. Anderzijds goede uitvalsbasis en vlak aan het strand. Eten in de buurt kan bijna alleen via reservering en enkel smiddags. Savonds is er 90% gesloten. Al bij al toch een fijn weekend gehad als je niet te hard aan de gebreken tilt.

Klein aber fein

Für einen Kurzurlaub war dieses Appartement ideal. Für mehrere Tage fehlt dort einfach der Platz (keine Stauraum Möglichkeiten). Der fehlende Backofen hat uns gezwungen morgens einen Bäcker aufzusuchen. Es war sonst alles da, was wir brauchten. Sauber war es auch. Die Lage war ideal (Strandnähe). Was uns noch gefehlt hatte was ein persönlicher Kontakt. Aber die Beschreibung per Mail ging auch notbedürftig. Im Großen und Ganzen hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Für 2-3 Tage würde ich wieder hinfahren.

Bien, mais un rien petit pour 4

Les chambres sont vraiment très petites (voir trop petites). Nous ne sommes restes que 2 nuits, mais clairement l'espace aurait été insuffisant pour plus.
