Off one of the living rooms is a 2nd floor deck with ocean views. Hardwood floors throughout, recently renovated kitchen with brand new granite and cabinets. Large yard that begs for lawn games in this quiet neighborhood.

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
