Close to lovely beach

We really enjoyed our stay in the nicely decorated house. It was only a very short walking distance away from a very nice beach, and a bakery and a lot of restaurants were very close. We thought that the check-in with the agency was a bit inflexible and difficult, and the residence was unfortunately not completely clean, but the house was lovely and we would return.

Beautiful compact house with secluded garden

Once inside , this compact house has been cleverly and thoughtfully decorated with all the facilities you need for a restful vacation. There is a small garden with deckchairs at the entrance and a cozy garden under the pine trees at the back, perfect for dining and safe for a pet to wander. The property has ample car parking nearby where you can leave it behind and take a 15 minute walk to the beach and some restaurants and bars.

Well-equipped appartment close to superb beaches

The appartment is in good condition, functional and well-equipped. Air-conditioning upstairs and downstairs is a big plus. Ideal for a couple, more would be a squeeze. The outside spaces lack privacy, with neighbours in very close proximity, but it is only a 10 minute walk to some great beaches.

Everything went very smoothly from the booking until check-out. The previous excellent ratings were not misleading at all, it was a perfect stay. The services offered by the conciergerie were very convenient. 5* are well derserved, especially for Mme Nathalie, who is an amazing owner, she goes above and beyond to ensure that her guests are well taken care of. If all rentals were like this.... Nathalie sets the bar really high for all our upcoming vacations !

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'alloggio di Nathalie a metà settembre. L'appartamento è molto curato e fornito di tutto l'occorrente, la posizione è ottima per visitale le spiagge e il quartiere è molto tranquillo. Anche lo spazio esterno è molto gradevole con ombra naturale molto apprezzato dalla nostra compagna a 4 zampe. La signora che ci ha accolto è stato molto disponibile e è stata fondamentale per risolvere un problema alla nostra auto in fase di partenza. Consiglio molto la struttura e ci torneremo

Les avis correspondent parfaitement à notre expérience. La maison est accueillante, décorée avec goût, fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Elle est idéalement située, à quelques pas de la plage et des commerces. Elle dispose de deux espaces extérieurs : l’un à l’arrière, avec barbecue, et l’autre à l’avant, idéal pour manger dehors tout en étant à l’abri du vent.Nous étions quatre : les enfants ont dormi sur le canapé-lit et l’espace s’est révélé suffisant. La cuisine est pratique et très bien équipée, avec tous les appareils électroménagers et ustensiles nécessaires. Toutes les pièces sont dotées de la climatisation.Seul inconvénient : les toilettes se trouvent à l’étage inférieur, séparées de la salle de bain principale qui est à l’étage supérieur. La chambre, en revanche, est très confortable.Nous avons rencontré quelques difficultés lors du check-in, ayant dû attendre environ une heure avant que quelqu’un n’arrive, tandis que le check-out s’est déroulé sans problème. La communication avec la propriétaire, Nathalie, par contre a été excellente et toujours ponctuelle.

Un cocon à découvrir

La mini-villa a été pensée pour que ses locataires passent un très agréable séjour et s'y trouvent bien. Elle est très bien située, offrant de très belles plages et des commerces et restaurants proches facilement accessibles à pied.Un parking est réservé aux résidents. Dans les environs, nous avons découvert des sites remarquables. Nous en gardons de très bons souvenirs. Nous recommandons vivement cette mini-villa.

2 semaines merveilleuses dans la magnifique baie de San Ciprianu

Notre 6ème séjour sur la toujours aussi somptueuse Corse. Une location parfaite dans une mini villa où rien ne manquait. Un Environnement de rêve et la gentillesse des commerçants et habitants. Seul le soleil à souvent joué à cache-cache avec les nuages mais cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir sur l'île de Beauté

Schöne Erinnerung

Alles war bestens. Nathalie war sehr nett und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Die Mimi-Villa mit den 2 kleinen Terrassen war gut eingerichtet und hübsch dekoriert. Es war alles da, was man bräuchte. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Der Weg zum Strand durch die Lagune ist wunderschön.

Maison magnifique où tout est pensé pour le confort, la facilité et le plaisir des personnes qui y vivent. Nathalie a realisé un travail incroyable dans cette petite maison. Tout y est pensé avec bienveillance, gout et générosité. La region est formidable, les plages sont paradisiaques et les habitants sont adorables. Nous y retournerons! Et on ne changera rien. Noch schöner als erwartet - Südkorsika

Uns hat es sehr gut in Lucci gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr schön, bietet alles was man braucht. Der Strand (am besten fährt man zum Parkplatz und geht nach ganz rechts, wenn man möchte in die hintere Bucht) ist ein Traum. Aus unserer Sicht nicht unbedingt erforderlich, die vielen umliegenden Top bewerteten Strände zu besuchen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant „Emporium“, ca. 250m vom Haus entfernt. Sehr gut zu erreichen sind Porto-Vecchio und auch Bonifacio, aber auch unser Ausflug in die Berge war wunderschön. Bonifacio war unser Favorit.

Semaine parfaite

C'était une semaine agréable et détendue que nous avons passée là-bas. La maison est équipée de tout ce dont on a besoin. Tout est conforme à la description. L'emplacement est parfait, même pour faire des excursions dans la région. Nous avons pris le chat dans notre cœur. Nous reviendrons.

Sehr schöne sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung an sehr schöner Küste

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen an zig verschiedenen tollen Stränden. Dank liebevoller Ausstattung und Klimaanlage ließ es sich sehr gut aushalten. Die Wohnung liegt in einer großen Anlage lauter FeWos, die in unterschiedlichem Zustsnd, aber generell gepflegt und ruhig. Durch die Vermieterin und den Concierge Service gab es viele interessante Tipps. Da wir unseren Hund mitbringen konnten ideal

Wir verbrachten 14 Nächte in dieser süßen, sehr sauberen Wohnung. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden, wie beschrieben. Der Strand war ein Traum und ca.700 Meter entfernt. Eine Concierge empfing uns herzlich und man konnte diese auch telefonisch kontaktieren, falls irgendetwas waere. Danke Natalie und Fiona und alles Gute

Es war eine schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen dort verbracht. Die Einrichtung ist schön, es ist alles vorhanden, was man von einer Ferienwohnung erwartet. Wir waren gerne dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir sind zu viert angereist, unsere Kinder, 8 und 11 haben auf der Klappcouch geschlafen. Der Platz ist ausreichend für vier. Der Strand von San Ciprianu ist einer der schönsten in dieser Gegend, das Örtchen bietet jede Woche einen Mitternachtsmarkt und Live- Musik am Strand. Und das alles fußläufig zu erreichen... Wir können diese Unterkunft empfehlen.

Agréable séjour

Maison très fonctionnelle, bien décorée et cosy. Il faut aimer les chats car ils nous rendent souvent visite, cela ne nous a pas dérangés, au contraire ! 😉 Bonne literie. Bonne situation géographique, commerces et plage à proximité (10-20 minutes à pied).
