Delightful apartment located in a completely renovated period building.
It consists of bedroom, bathroom and living room with kitchenette. The property includes a terrace and 2 parking spaces.
The apartment has a fridge, washing machine, two 42 '' LCD TVs with satellite antenna and sky decoder (the card is edited by the guest). Bars and tobacconists are 20 meters away, the supermarket 200 meters, while the Umbrella Park is easily reachable on foot.
The apartment is absolutely silent.
The apartment is available to guests completely.
It can accommodate from one to four people, for a minimum of one night and a maximum of three months.
The owners are available during your stay to meet your every need.
The apartment is a 15-minute walk from Frascati station, which connects Frascati with Roma Termini station in less than half an hour. The same train connects Frascati with Ciampino, where the airport is located, in less than 15 minutes. It is 10 km from the Anagnina metro.
