Oil central heating with electric fires. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, video, DVD, stereo/CD. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Front lawned garden, plus large rear lawned garden with picnic table and hillside views. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub, tea room and shop 3 mins walk.A new farm shop Hendre Hall has been opened only 50 yards from the property, which boasts a cafe and also a wide range of local produce for sale - from bread, cakes and pies to meat and other produce. Beach 5 mins walk. Note: Although this is a no pet property, the owner's dog has previously been in the property, and as such, it may not be completely free of pet traces. Note: No Stag, Hen or similar. Note: Towels and tea towels are not provided at this property
