The amenities of Lostwithiel are within a few minutes walk of 5 Bodmin Hill, including shops, restaurants and the antiques shops for which the town is becoming renowned.

Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, CD player, iPod docks in kitchen and each bedroom, WiFi, library of books, DVDs and board games. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking on first come, first served basis. Enclosed rear garden with furniture and BBQ. Two well behaved pets welcome.
