Two ground floor double bedrooms with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC. First floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove.
What makes this property unique
Bio mass heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with full Sky (inc. sports and movies), DVD. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable bike storage. Large patio with private hot tub and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: In very windy conditions, the hot tub may not be available as the covers must be locked down to prevent damage.
