A beautiful, detached cottage resting on the Graythwaite Estate near Hawkshead in the Lake District, sleeping six people in three bedrooms.
Jubilee is an attractive, detached cottage set on the Graythwaite Estate, five miles from Hawkshead in the Lake District National Park. With three bedrooms including one king-size double with en-suite and two twins (one on the ground floor), this cottage can sleep six people. There's also a shower room and a ground floor cloakroom along with a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside, there is off road parking and a side patio area with furniture. Jubilee shares fantastic on-site facilities including a swimming pool, a 2.5-acre trout fishing lake, a table tennis room, fitness suite and many acres of grounds to explore. A wonderful choice for a holiday break in the lovely Lake District.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, shared use of tumble dryer in table tennis room, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, public phone in courtyard. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Logs can be purchased at the farm shop. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Ample off road parking. Side patio area with furniture. Shared use of estate grounds and facilities inc. indoor heated swimming pool, table tennis room (please bring your own racquets and balls), children's play area. Sorry, no smoking. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Shops 4 miles, pubs 2 miles. Water from private supply, fed from freshwater lake. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking Graythwaite Adventure in advance. Graythwaite fishery is free for all guests and equipment can be hired locally, a small fee is applicable to keep your catch, rod fishing license required. Mobile phone signal may be limited due to the location of the property. Please Note: This property has a £250 Good Housekeeping Bond. The swimming pool can be booked for 45 minute private sessions, All guests can pre-book up to a maximum of 3 swimming slots ( or 2 slots for short stays 2 and 3 nights ) 7 days prior to arrival by contacting estate@graythwaite.com
