Villa of 120 m², 10 people, private swimming pool, heated and covered with a shelter allowing you to discover the pool in its entirety, ideal to protect yourself from the wind and rain while leaving the possibility of enjoying the sunny days, in port Bourgenay commune of Talmont Saint Hilaire (85440), near Les Sables d'Olonne.

Villa on a fenced plot of 500 m² with a terrace in front and behind. Located in the heart of Bourgenay, everything is accessible on foot or by bike (The many safe cycle paths allow you to move easily by bike), 300 metres from the marina (slipway for launching, boat rental, have a drink or dinner in one of the restaurants of the port), 900 metres from the beach of Veillon (blue flag of Europe) as well as the forest.
All the amenities useful for daily life, within a radius of 50 metres: Bakery, Fruit and vegetables, Fishmonger, Tobacco press, Supermarket Proxi, Restaurants and Café, Bike rental, Tourist Office, Distributor.... For larger groceries, Supermarket U of Talmont Saint Hilaire, 5 minutes away.
50 metres from the villa, a shuttle bus connecting Port Bourgenay - Les Sables d'Olonne (only for the summer period).
Within a 20-minute drive: O'Glyss Park and INDIAN FOREST leisure parks (Water park, tree climbing, Water Jump, Défi Fun, Paintball.... in Moutiers-Les-Mauxfaits 85) and also, go-karting, children's leisure park, treasure hunt, horse riding, aerodrome... and finally, about 1h15 away, there is also the famous Puy du Fou, Saint Gilles Croix de vie and Noirmoutier.
Ps: Heated and covered swimming pool (water heated maximum 27° by a heat pump without electrical resistances and if the outside temperature is not below 10°), dimension of 3.5 x7 metres, water depth 1.40 metres with high shelters, with direct access from the house without going through the outside.
