We were grateful to be able to stay in such a creative space. The bedrooms were comfortable for all of us - a nice bed in one for two adults, and the bunkbeds worked for our 13 and 11-year-old girls. The kitchen was well equipped, and the views were absolutely stunning. Views of the Eiffel Tower, Montmarte, etc. we really enjoyed the rooftop deck for an evening glass of wine, watching the sun go down and when the Eiffel Tower lights up at night, it is spectacular. In the mornings, there are easy walks to bakeries for pastries, and in the evenings if you head up Bastille, there are any number of restaurants and bars, including some of the best multicultural food in town. Nathalie was an excellent host - very responsive, and she shared some great local knowledge and recommendations. We would love to stay here again the next time we are in Paris.

If you’re reading this you can stop your search because this place is amazing! The location is great with train/subway stations, grocery stores, and cafes all nearby. A perfect home base for any trip. Our family of four did not want to leave. The hosts are great. Nathalie and Claire were both very responsive. And finally, THE VIEW is unbelievable. The photos do not do it justice.

We stayed at the apartment for new years and had a great time. This location has everything you need within walking distance and very close proximity to the metro. Great Location in Paris

This was a great stay in Paris. The location is fantastic and the view of the Eiffel Tower made it so special. Unfortunately, it was rainy so we didn’t get to take advantage of the rooftop, but we definitely would have in better weather. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout the process. The apartment was clean and cozy. We also had an issue (daughter left something behind when we were leaving) and the issue was handled with grace and kindness. I highly recommend this listing. We can’t wait to go back! Merci beaucoup!

We absolutely loved staying in this well-appointed apartment; perfect location with a fabulous balcony and rooftop terrace too. Nathalie was very helpful and accommodating. First of all, the location is fantastic. The views from the balcony are superb - the canal, river, Eiffel Tower, Sacre Couer, Notre Dame and much more. Plus it’s a safe area and just a few minutes walk from the Bastille and Austerlitz train stations. The apartment is quite modern with all the amenities. I understand it’s a place where the owners live because you can see their personal stuff around, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Our kids had fun playing with some toys there My only suggestion to the owner is - it would have been great if the apartment had a small microwave. Would go a long way with American tourists. Our flight was arriving in the morning, and the owners were kind enough to let us check in much earlier than usual. Communication with the owners was excellent when we were updating them real time about our arrival status. Overall it was a great experience for us. We really enjoyed the views and the apartment.

Amazing host, amazing location

The apartment was great and was an easy walk to the Metro and the Marais. The view of the city from the living room, balcony and roof was amazing - we loved coming “home” in the evening and watching the Eiffel Tower light up while we relaxed after a long day of sightseeing. Nathalie was very responsive and easy to communicate with. She went above and beyond, even making a doctor’s appointment for me when I asked about nearby healthcare options for a mild illness. We would definitely stay here again!

The view the view the view

Arriving at Nathalie flat, we were met promptly and given access to this penthouse location, with access to the roof patio. The city view is spectacular with unobstructed view of Eiffel Tower - the Eiffel’s light show was a great surprise. We were worried at first about access, which proved to be no problem at all. The apartment is the elevator served penthouse on the 12th floor with the best view of Paris ever! Fully equiped kitchen, free wifi, and the location is perfect, 8 minute walk to The Bastille metro. One thing to note: the second bedroom has bunk beds which might be a problem for seniors. My friend had never been to Paris before, so this place was perfect to base our tours. The host Nathalie was super responsive and easy to deal with. My highest recommendation! Thanks Nathalie!

Amazing Views

The view from the apartment was amazing. The pictures don’t really capture how close the Eiffel Tower looks in person. We were allowed to come early and leave our bags, which was really helpful because our train came early and we had nowhere to put our bags. The apartment was not super clean, which made us uncomfortable. And it is very lived in. I’ve never stayed at a VRBO like this. Their toothbrush was out, the fridge is full of their food. It feels like you’re imposing on them. But if this doesn’t bother you the space is large, and the view is stunning.

Bonjour, merci pour votre ressenti. Je suis très surprise de vous lire, je me permet juste de vous rappeler que les appartements abritel et airbnb sont censés être des appartements habités, je vous l'accorde c'est de moins en moins le cas mais c'était le principe initial donc en effet 1 étagère du frigo est utilisée pour nos affaires tout comme certains placards. Concernant le ménage, je vous rappelle également que vous m'aviez annoncé un 1er horaire d'arrivée qui était déjà bien plus tôt que nos check in habituels puis la veille vous m'avez encore demander d'avancer cet horaire, cela n'excuse en rien, je vous l'accorde mais peut etre explique le ménage qui n'était pas assez poussé à votre gout. Je vous avais tout de même proposé de refaire un ménage chose que vous avez refusé. Si je rajoute tout cela au fait que vous m'aviez négocié le tarif en amont, je pense malheureusement que vous devriez plutot vous diriger vers des hotels, sauf que bien sur pour le prix que vous avez payé pour n'auriez eu ni la superficie, ni l'emplacement et encore moins la vue ! Je vous souhaite une belle journée !

Amazing view and felt like home

We really enjoyed our stay in the rooftop apartment. Aircon was a lifesaver as it was so hot in Paris, even if it was only in the bedrooms. Lovely rooftop area and the views over the city and to the Eiffel Tower were breathtaking. Wish I could post a picture of an amazing sunset. Thanks to Amelia for letting us drop off bags really early due to our early flight. Only improvement is that it felt a little too much like home. I’ve stayed in lots of air BnB and stayz accommodation and this one felt particularly like the owners had left 5 minutes ago. Ham and cheese in the fridge, no room in the freezer. Apart from that a great stay. Merci

This place is amazing!!! The view was spectacular, the pictures do not do it justice. Watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle from the deck was perfect! The rooftop deck was also cool to have, although it was way too hot during our stay to use it. The apartment is very spacious with lots of room in the main area. The TV was equipped with all the apps we use for watching TV and the kitchen was stocked enough for our use. There is no dryer but a drying rack for clothes. The bathroom is tiny and the shower requires climbing into, so if you have any mobility issues that might be hard. The bathroom sink is interesting...the water spigot is under the shelf which makes it hard to wash your face at night. My daughter and I had some challenges with this. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable, although the only blanket was really just a flat sheet. Given that it was hot that week it wasn't a huge problem, but I do like a little more than that. The bedroom with the twin beds was roomy enough for my two teens, although the pillows/mattress were pretty hard. Any of my complaints are really minor as we loved our stay and felt like we had the best location in Paris. Gare De Lyon was very close and we used it for several trips and the Bastille area was so much fun and an easy walk to the Marais. I would 100% come back here again. Totally fit our needs and was fairly comfortable despite the 95 degree heat. The listing says AC, but there are only ductless heat pumps in each bedroom.

Paris apartment with an amazing view

We visited Paris as part of our travel program with our grandchildren. This time with Gertrud just turned 11 years. It was so satisfying to see her happiness about the flat's interior, separate room and then the view to Eiffel tower, Triumph Arc and Sacre Coeur both in sunlight (all three days) and nighttime with the 10 pm light show of the Eiffel tower. Even us elderly was impressed. On top of the view from the large windows you could also enjoy the roof top terrace. The apartment and kitchen were very well equipped making it easy for cooking a few times. The apartment is in a quiet area with road trees and a canal connecting to the Seine. Transportation with metro was close by and worked perfect (Nb! pickpocket was attempted twice (unsuccessfully)). Thus, all in all a perfect apartment and location making our trip very successfully for both the youngster and us. And many thanks to Nathalie (owner) and Amelia (manager) for making this trip so nice and easy for us (and congratulation with the apartment with roof top terrace - it is a rare catch).
